Well, starting tonite. A little hx. I'm 34, 6'0" About 175lbs. Have been serious lifting for about 4-5 years, but had about a 1 yr period where I didn't lift at all. Life kind of got in the way. I'm a typical ecto body type. Before lifting I weighed a whole 145lbs soaking wet. During my most serious period I had made it up to 195lbs. In that yr off I dropped down to about 160. Goal would be to get to about 180-185. 195 was too heavy for me as I sprained my knee 3x @ that weight after never having knee problems ever. Made the jump from 145 to 195 using the stuart mcrobert book beyond brawn, mono and protein and lots of food. Good book IMO for those skinny folk. Anyway kind of rambling. Have never used a PH. most potent thing previous is NO-xplode. Still using that and cellmass. Will be starting the PP tonite. Now the lifts. Will only list the more pertinent lifts. Also use some machines. Im a low rep guy as I enjoy it more. Have done the high rep stuff but have found through experimentation the low rep works better for me. Currently on a 3 day split. Try to get to the gym 4 days a week.
Squat 3x3x320
Pull up, narrow grip 3x5x5
Bench 3x175x5,4,3
Dips 3x5x27 1/2
Barbell Shrug 2x12x245
EZ bar curl 3x5,5,4x85
Split is 1) Back & Bi's, 2) Chest & tri's and 3) legs. Abs usually done @ the end of every workout.
Probably more info than anyone wanted to know, but I can ramble with the best of them. Will only update occasionally, not on a workout by workout basis, cause im lazy like that. Stay tuned.

We have had great reviews on the Phera-Plex. Most people see an increase in strength and muscle density by the end of the first week. Good luck with the stack and make sure that you are consuming large amounts of protein.

short and sweet. getting ready to go to work. Week one has ended using the 10mg dosage. Muscle density as noted by a previous poster is awesome. All excercises have increased in weight or reps, but nothing spectacular. Seemed to increase a little in size, most notably in the arms. Small gains. Looking foreward to the next couple of weeks. Now on to 20mg.

just finished week 2 @ 20mg. gains are still steady but still no real major jumps. I will say that I believe the improvements have been better than without. Bench and curls have come along better and with more ease than ever before. Size has improved as well. To the point that the fiance has noticed. She has made comments about my arms and chest. Decided to bump up to 30mg for week 3 and 4 instead of 20mg then 30mg for said weeks. No sides to speak of except for a few more zits than normal, yes im 34 and still get them. But usually with every change of season I get an increase, and here in beautiful minnesota winter has come in full force in the last week so kinda hard to tell if its the weather or the pp. thats all for now. i figure at the end of cycle I will list complete workouts with weights so y'all can see the end results. Till next week....

also..why do shrugs when you can do upright rows. you arent training your shoulders in this..(or so it says) .. big compound movement. its just shrugs and laterla raises in the same exercise.

And finally an update. Finished my PP about a week ago. As far as sides go I was opposite of everyone else, my sex drive dropped to zero. Just now coming back. Horrible back pumps the last week. Thats about it. Size gained was good. Gained about 10-15lbs. Seemed to drop some fat, only based on appearance as I didnt take actual measurements. Didnt really up my calories either. most weights went up.
Starting weights of main exercises pre PP.
Squat 3x3x320
Pull up, narrow grip 3x5x5
Bench 3x175x5,4,3
Dips 3x5x27 1/2
Barbell Shrug 2x12x245
EZ bar curl 3x5,5,4x85
Finishing post PP
Squat 4x3,3,4,3x335
Pull up, narrow grip 3x5x15
Bench 3x190x5,5,6
Dips 3x5x27 1/2
Barbell Shrug 3x8x275
EZ bar curl 3x5x90
not bad for 4 weeks. Really happy with the bench as that has always been slow to improve for me. Weights have remained as above post PP, have dropped only like a rep in some of the exercises. Usually the ones that come later in my workout. Overall im happy with the results not really happy with the side effects. If I do another cycle will probably start a test booster during last week of cycle.

First, congrats on finishing your cycle. It takes time to plan such things and any well-spent time in planning need be commended.
Questions / Comments:
(1) I am not seeing huge difference in shrugs considering you dropped the number of reps by 4 to gain the 30 pounds. Are you aware of what you could have lifted for the same amount of reps (i.e. - if you were to lift for 12 reps, would you have been well above 245 or showed gains)?
(2) I think you should have drawn out your cycle at least 2 more weeks, if not longer than that.
(3) Sides: dec libido + acne + "back pumps" (that many seem to complain of). I think I have purused your posts enough to grab all you said about sides. Aside from test boosters, what kind of plans would you put in place to combat other sides? I have some suggestions but will save them for PCT article (part I going live tomorrow), but am curious your thoughts about how you may combat them the next time.
(4) What is your current PCT? And please keep us abreast your resolution of sides.
Overall, nice compilation but your work is not done! ;-)

Ok, trying this for the second time. I tried to reply a week or so ago but when I went to submit, explorer froze up on me.
To answer D's questions
1) Shrugs, I didnt drop reps just went from 2 sets of 12 to 3 sets of 8. Grip strength was the reason. Didnt want to use straps so just added an extra set.
2) next cycle will be longer. Think Im going to go with a longer PP or PP and pronestozol for the next cycle. Hopefully DAs cashe of PP & pro will hold out till I can spring for it.
3) Just plan on adding a test booster, but will read your pct articles looking for ideas doc.
4) rxt, milk thistle, deha. The deha was a late addition. Started with just rxt and reduce xt. But had semi emergent wisdom tooth removal. Was going to wait to have them removed after pct but the really started to hurt so had to have them out so I dropped reduce due to warnings of not to use if having infection. libido is back. Almost done with pct. Gains have pretty much stayed. Strength dropped initially but now im either at or above all weights finished with. Also back to no-xplode and cellmass as I was very happy with those the first time around. When i went back on the BSN products thats when my weights really started to return after the initial decline (about 2 weeks post cycle. placebo effect? maybe, but I had great results pre cycle.
As for the shrugs UF i agree with mcsteve, love the plain old shrug. I do other row exercises not mentioned. Cybex machine rows, hammer strength machine rows along with the pullups. The exercises mentioned in the previous post were just my main lifts. And just cause im excited about it bench is now up to 3x5,5,4x195. Inching closer to the goal of a 200lb bench. Then on to 225!
