In an effort to help shape the best diet for me I'm going to post a log of what I eat for a week. Hopefully with this information some of the more enlightened members can assist me in shaping the perfect diet. Thank you in advanced for your help and time.

Note: Spoons are those large dinning hall serving spoons. I am also battling a extremly bad flu/cold/possibly bronchitus I am not entirely sure but the coughing gets to a point where I consider drinking warm motor oil to soothe it.
Tuesday:

Breakfast:
1 Thermo-Red with Ephedra Tab
1/2 Spoon of scrambled eggs
1 1/2 Spoons of Tator Tots
3 Spoons of Cream of Wheat (made with water sweeted with splenda)
1 1/2 Bananas
Nalgene of water

Lunch:
2 Spoons of Beef Stew
2 Slices of Wheat Bread
1 Square of corn bread
2 Spoons of canned Peaches
2 Spoons of caned Pears
2 Spoons of egg noodles
Nalgene of water
3 Spoons

1 Red Tab

Basketball Practice:
I broke my finger very badly, I made a right angle when I pointed at the sky, during Football so I can't actually play basketball but I do all the running.

Dinner:
Note: We were celebrating the end of the Football season so :( there was a pizza party. I did however restrict myself to no soda as it disagrees with my stomach.

2 Slices of Plain Cheese Pizza
1 Slice of Sausage (I picked the sausage off because it tasted like ass)

I had my protien and just typed this. I am 6'1 and weigh about 220-230. I will have exact number tomorrow as far as body fat and measurements. Till tomorrow.

Perhaps I have missed it...what goals do you plan on accomplishing with this "perfect" diet?
