What are some supplements that I should incorporate into my diet if I want to gain some serious poundage? I am 6 feet tall and around 200 lbs. I want to gain some lean muscle.

Wow - you didn't leave that wide-open enough.

How is your current training, diet and what are you currently supplementing with? What kind of fat-gain are you willing to "accept?" (for lack of better phrasing).

Sorry I know it was pretty open ended. Io currently am using esterfied creatine and a new supplment by nxcare called T3. I also take a gram of protein per pound of body weight a day and a good multi vitamin. What else should I take. I am not real worried about my fat gain right now as long as I dont get a crap load if you know what I mean.

Prohormones wise, I think the best mass cycles are:
Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD XT
Methyl-BOL and MOHN XT

Creatine Wise:
Our Creatine E2 Matrix

Other Supplements:
- I am a big fan of glutamine and bcaa's if you use enough of them.

Multi-Vitamin comments:
- some people think they are using a good one when they are not. The absorption on many multi's suck.

There are plenty more products that you can incorporate in, but budget and individual response plays a big factor. Example: I do not respond at all to creatine monohydrate but do great off of Creatine E2 Matrix. Then, there are some people that do not respond well to glutamine, and I do great off of it.

Foods always the best supplement. Take in more calories that you burn, for starters.

Maybe ph's while you still can.

Stack your esterfied creatine with a dicreatine like SNS CVM or Syntrax Swole V2. This stack is getting raves everywhere

The best stack I've tried is M1T with MOHN. Put this with CEE and a good NO product, you'll blow up fast. I am 6'6" 250 and when I started the stack I was around 237. that only took a few weeks. It's very important that you use the MOHN from SNS. That product mush strong than most of the others out there. It's great for keeping you lean over the duration of the cycle. But you better buy it quick I talked with DA today and they are blowing through it.

the best advice that i can give you an its the same as wed and that is just eat. If you have a fast metabolism you should be able to consume alot of food. I had my fat count way to low once that was adjusted slightly cause you dont want to get fat i started to grow.

i would bump up the protein intake. 1 gram per pound isnt bad, but you could definitely be doing something closer to 1.5 grams to 2 grams per lb of body weight.

if you want the biggest bulking meal you can do what was recommended to me (as a joke) get a hungry man xxl frozen meal. their breakfast is 1 lb of food and contains 1170 cals and 125 g carbs. eat that as your meal 7-8 times a day and i gurantee you will put on some serious poundage. let me know if you go this direction and how it works if you do
:D

Just a couple of notes in reading through threads:
- I am a fan of taking your creatine during your off cycle from ph's. My creatine of choice is our Creatine E2 Matrix; not just because we make it, but look at the feedback and logs, everyone is loving it.
- For myself, and most of the clients that I have trained, protein intake needs to be at least 1.5 grams per lb. of body-weight. I personally do 2 grams per pound.

As far as whey protein goes, have you ever tried Prolab's N-large2??? I gained like 25 lbs. off of that stuff in a 3 months time frame. AND it tastes GREAT!

Never have been a fan of weight gainer category...this one is no different - 4 scoops per serving + 86 grams of cheap to produce carbohydrate??? No thank you. Divide 86 by 4 and get 21.5 grams of CHO per scoop with ONLY 13 grams of protein - what kind of ratio is that...a cheap one no less!!!

(Of ocurse my post likely means I hate ProLab which btw is not necessarily the case, but I do put their products in line with Optimum Nutrition which some may view a complement until they read my posts about ON - again, its just that there is nothing special in them and in that case I personally would just prefer food to the supps, but this is just an opinion).

Incidentally, the label from NLarge 2 follows and please tell me what is special about it:

italndiesel--not necessarily--those 3 months i did hardly any cardio which was NO good. However, I was huge. Didn't look fat at all and was practically solid.

N-Large2 is meant as a "Weight Gainer"
It has a ton of calories and fat in it to acheive this, so.. does it do what it says it will do?... Yes!, so it does work.

Its just meant as a weight gainer, its not steroids...
Yall are critiquing it likes it suppose to do something other than that, its nothing fancy, just a weight gainer that does what? Make you gain weight!

And Dinoii,
Of course your not a fan of the weight gainer category, according to your post about your physical features, youve never used one!

i mainly agree with you trans, but imo 6 g of fat isnt a ton. i think the vast majority of calories is coming from cheap, high gi carbs

I agree that 6g of fat isnt a ton, I didnt write it in perfect grammer, so I meant a lot of calories, and some fat in it

what I was saying trans is that in addition to this not really offering much more than a regular protein powder (except higher carbs) PER SCOOP - why in the world would you use it over a plain protein powder?

Just curious and NO I NEVER USED A WEIGHT GAINER
(1) b/c of my "former" self
-and-
(2) If I want cheap, I can get that elsewhere (personally not supplement dollars)

thats all

italndiesel- I weighed about 175 before and a little over 300 after. I'm taking strawberry now. I think vanilla is the best. It says to take 4 scoops for one serving mixed with 12-16 oz. of water or milk 3 x's a day but I can't do that much. Instead, I only do 2 scoops, 3 x's a day.
