i just started my bulking phase the other day, and i must admit that getting the rite number of carbs, cals, and protein is not as easy as i thought. im trying to stay around 3500cals, 350g protein, 350g carbs, and 78g fat(40/40/20). and ive been keeping a log of my diet.....in a notebook not online

i know the whole eat, eat, then eat deal.....my question is this: does anyone have any tips for cleanly getting the extra cals, carbs, and protein. i mean like what are some good snacks and meals i could set up, keeping in mind that i dont know how to cook nor do i have the privlege of being able to just eat a chicken breast when i want.

thanks in advance....

here is a link to power butter ibanez:

i normally put at least a serving size of this and a tbsp. of honey on some whole wheat bread and go to town. if you like bananas they would be a nice addittion to the sandwich. i normally have one before i go to bed. you get your slow digestion carbs, good protein, and some healthy fats. maybe leave the honey off if you eat one right before bed, but i have read some where if you eat a tbsp. of natural honey before bed it is suppose to be really good for you.

Cool! Good luck with the future wife situation! Thanks for the powerbutter link. I love peanut butter, so that sounds like a plan... Why don't you do a review of it? (My bad if you already have!!)

I eat alot of egg whites, rice, loose almonds, tuna sandwiches, and pb sandwiches too. there easy to fix. I'll sometime have a light protein shake with meals too, just to get that protein.

Stay tuned to DA...will have some interestingly "new" mixtures and the like to meet caloric tallies.

If you are familiar with my BodyOpus run in the article section has promted quite the diet to meet different caloric demands.

oh yeah - the obligatory congrats to you snake.

This is a different way to put on weight in the form of a ball and chain - nah, of course I am kidding.

You do get the luxury of pooling money together now - so I think in all fairness, if you cannot afford the supps you desire, it is going to be time for the new wife to contribute to the cause, right?
