What are your favorite cheat meals?
We're all bodybuilders but we're also all human. Gotta live a little!

I'm not certain it constitutes a meal
BUT if I choose to "cheat" (which is really not very often, if at all) - its ICE CREAM (buckets and buckets of it!!!). Our suppression of urges to cheat, however, give us a greater appreciation for the times that we choose to indulge (if not but just a little).
- there are actually some Leptin stimulating factors that may be involved with "cheat" meals and re-feeds (esp. in carb-depletion).
- if you do choose to cheat it is probably a good idea to invest in damage control (Glucomanan, Banaba_ etc.... --> check out EAS's Carb DynamX for a quality product for these just occasions) for potential nutrient partitioning.

i am italian and my mom makes the best food, but its always loaded with butter and cream and cheese and everything bad for you. im home right now for break, and feel bad when she makes stuff and i just cook up chicken and brown rice, or instead of the baked ziti with like 2 lbs of cheese she'll just boil me some whole wheat pasta and a piece of meat. but when i feel like cheating i would have to say her fettucine alfredo with chicken and shrimp. it is so good

Have you ever heard of chicken bracciolettini?
I went out for dinner and a movie last night and I got that since i didnt want anything fried. Its chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese with marsala sauce covered in mushrooms and peppers. I got that with brown rice and salad with low-fat dressing. Mmmmmm
