Today i took my first serving of GreenBulge. I felt a little tighter then usual. I did a straight back work out, gonna do Bi's and Legs tomorrow. My previous supps are: Cell Mass and NOxplode stacked, E2 Matrix and NOexplode stacked
I'm also taking Syntax Nectar Protein, Ice tea flavor. My goal is to gain lean muscle mass and strength.
* - means that i did an extra rep or two, i never end on an odd number.

Alright, today was the second day on it and i did Bi's and Legs. I felt more of a pump and more focused than any other days.
Right now, my body weight is 185/6, goal is to gain about 5 lbs, and try to tone up certain areas of my body

for some reason i cant get into my user cp, or edit anything ive typed so far. What i was gonna say is im only posting my routine for each body part once, then afterwards i'll see the difference in wait and reps... as most of you probably already know. Just to clear things up

Havnt been able to make a post because i wasnt working out. I had problems with my account at my gym so i went to a new one. Ive done chest, tris, back,bis, and shoulders since i started GB and ive had great workouts. My strength has gone up already. Pumps are good, i have more endurance already too. Ill be posting more soon.

So far im about halfway done and ive seen some change so far. Ive had great workouts that past week, but todays chest was horrible. Everything felt wrong. My incline was down 10 lbs, couldnt even finish my last set, flat bench was pathetic; dropping 20 lbs with 6 reps. decline was terrible. the only good thing was my flyes.

*notice the weight not changing after second set.

Everything just didnt feel right today, hopefully that'll change

I have 2 days left on the GB and ive noticed some changes. Mostly the pump and intensity has increased + ive seen strength gains as well. Overall i like this product, i didnt get any side effects except being light headed one or two times.
