Height: 5'10
Weight: 175
Bodyfat %: Haven't got a clue

Current diet

10:00 am - 20 gram protein bar

11:00 am - 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
2 packs of grits, 1 slice of 2% cheese

12:30/1:00 pm - Protein shake in water (24g) Preworkout

2:00-2:30 pm - Protein shake in water (48g) Postworkout
Bagle with sugar free jelly

4:30 pm - 1 can of tuna with mustard and relish
- 9 whole wheat crackers

6:30 pm - Dinner

9:00 pm - Turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread

12:00 am - Sleep

I sure my diet is missing alot of things. Right now being that its summer I would like to cut a few pounds of fat, just to be more defined.

I normally workout 4 days a week and do light cardio 2-3 days a week.

I would take the carbs out before bed.What is your maintenance calorie intake?

I've been following this general diet for a few months.

Dinner is usually a meat, vegi, and carb.

Vegi is normally broccoli and card is normally potato or pasta.


BTW this diet is what I eat on workout days only. Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

None workout days are completely different.

BTW I'm not to sure about the oats. Its a texture thing. Why wouldn't grits be a good alternative?
