Heard about this recently and was wondering if anyone here has had experience with it.Supposedly its great for weight loss? The basic idea is that in any given meal you never mix proteins and carbs, you could do proteins and fats or carbs and fats.I still dont know to much about this but maybe some of the members out there could shed some light on the subject. Thanks in advance

I have read a few articles about it but I have yet to see any research to support it

The Cut Diet recommends this but I don't think the theory is very sound. The claim is that carbs + protein will result in a higher level of insulin being secreted. Research on it is limited, but it seems only certain combinations cause this result.
