thanks for all the kind words....
The protein shall be punished!..hehe..i got back to eating alot more of it just recently...
For the back i too agree that it is the weakest part of my body..I have been so inexperienced around lifting until i can here...So i've only really been working on my back for a couple months.. routene looks like this
one arm dumbell row
3 sets of 5-7 reps
Bent Over Row
3X6
Pull UPs
i just do them when ever not a specific thing
LAT Pulldown
3X5-7
sometimes i do some barbell pull overs..but very seldom....
Again thanks for takeing the time to look at them...i appreciate it.. Please feel free to comment on what you really think..Dont worrie about hurting my feelings..As long as it helps me...

Here is a suggestion. I had a friend who had a similar physique to yourself, and primarily he needed to bulk up as it were. I recommended to him what I would recommend to yourself. Look at sticking to the basic compound exercises for now, maybe the next 6 months or so. By doing compound exercises, as opposed to isolation exercises, you will be slabbing on the muscle more so.

lol beastly huh? Keep workin hard and you'll be bigger than be in no time, not that its much of an accomplishment ;)
Start doing stiff legged deadlifts as your first exercise for back. When you start, do 10-12 reps just to get your form down. After you feel comfortable, drop to 8-10 reps, then 6-8 reps (i feel this is the best rep scheme for deads).
Follow up with 3 sets of wide grip pullups 6-8 reps is my favorite here again
then do 2 sets of Behind the Back pulldown 10-12 reps
Then I like 3 sets of close grip pulldowns 8-10 reps
Then finish up with 3 sets of Bent barbell or Dumbell rows with varying rep schemes, I really like to start light and add weight and drop reps
Every few weeks use drop sets or supersets to shock your muscle

Pull UPs - i just do them when ever not a specific thing
Argggggggh to the aforementioned comment!
What are the current goals Shutta? Simple mass gain?
A sample of how a training session with me might go - duck tape your wrists to the bar and make you do pulls ups til you couldn't do pull-ups no more!
Tell me, you couldn't go on - well, sir ... my apologies, from the bar you would simply hang then!
Ammendment of your comments warrants ANY sort of accolade directed toward your pics.

Dinoiii,
I now see that i need to be more strict on the pull ups. I will do them EVERY time i do back workouts.

You may even dump the pull-downs. Don't let people convince you they are the same thing as pull ups. Hey, btw - this leaves an appropriate gap for an additional (as I am likely anticipating you to spend another day doing them) few sets of a deadlift variation. We're looking to kick up the ole V-taper with a nice set of wings, eh!
AND OH YEAH...you earned the following commentary:
Why Shutta,
what nice pics you post!
I am really impressed with the progress. Arm development looks like it has improved even in the short period of time from beginning to the one most recently posted.
The first of the 2 pics of the second set would lend me to believe you got one of those before/after picture tans until I see the one of you further away. ;-) Sorry full of piss and vinegar this evening - what appropriate tallies of sleep does do to me likely!
I must say, your anterior deltoid development and bicep outweight the remaining part of your arm as far as proportionality. Perhaps, something to consider in developing arm work for the future.
Hey, how bout a pic of the back BEFORE your newfound love for pull-ups taints the progress.

This new love btw contributes to your mantra of "never failing to plan."
