Just wondering if this would cut it for breakfast and preworkout (sometimes post) Just tastes so good to me...
3/4-1cup oatmeal plain
1 scoop whey/soy protein
1-2 tbs nat pnutB
bit of coffie grinds (yeah i know)
think it comes to like:
40g carbs
30g protein
10-15g fats
450-550 calories i believe
plus i like the taste

nah, i just bought a small jug to try it out. Whats diff with soy protein anyway? i understand the rest of the types but only thought that soy is diff since its from veggies?
well, enlighten me on the subject :D

IIRC it has something to do with promoting estrogen production. Don't quote me.

hmm, thnx for the info, ill just use it sparingly till im out of it.. and ill definatly not use it during my next ph cycle in the near future.. estrogen ftl

It's missing milk. Add some milk and it's almost the same as my breakfast shake.

Same here, throw a banana in to keep the oats from falling to the bottom of the cup so fast :D I also think this is an AWESOME post workout shake.
