Hey,

As a newbie I am undecided if I should try a new Creatine Cap. I am currently taking Axis Labs Creatine Caps & after 3 weeks, I am seeing an increase in lift (ex. bench press), but I do not see the pumps as of yet. I currently weigh 194lbs and take in about 230 grams of protein on an average. I am not sure if I am rushing the pumps or I need to find another supplement that works for me. If so, does anyone have any suggestions of great Creatine supplement in Cap form. About a year ago, I used VPX CEX powerder and it worked great but it taste horrible.

if your looking for pumps try adding a NO supplement to your mix. im curently taking Controlled Labs White Blood....but i just started today and will be lifting with it for the first time tomorow. AE2 and nitrix have gotten some good reviews too

I personally like AE2 alot. I have never used white blood, aside from that one I think AE2 is the best one out there.

SNS is coming out with a new one too that if it follows the path of there other products should be awesome
