I work all day so I don't have too much time to eat and by the time I go the gym after work, I don't have a post-workout appetite. Given the fact that I am at work 8-6 and only have cold cuts, bagels, and sandwiches in the kitchen, I need help with a good diet/meal plan to gain good weight and lean muscle. I need ways to eat as much as possible as many times during the day so I can grow.

i have a really hectic work schedule as well.what i try to do is eat at least 2-3 whole meals a day.especially breakfast i think breakfast is really important.when im at work or on the go i use protein bars and shakes.you can also make food and bring it with you.cold cut sandwhichs are good as long as you put them on whole wheat bread.peanut butter sandwhichs are great too. for post work out if you dont have much of an appetite go for a cup of juice and a protein shake.that will give your body the carbs and protein it needs to replenish your muscles and grow

Buy the pre-cooked chicken breasts or buy a bag of chicken breasts and roast them all at once. Then you can do what you want with them and bring them to work with you.

Precooking meals is really your best bet, unfortunately it is a pain. FWIW I normally make lots of extra food everynight at dinner so I can bring it to work during the week.

George Foreman Grill. Does chicken breasts in 9 minutes. It perfect and its cheap. I buy chicken breast individually wrapped. Put 5 in the fridge for the week. Grill em the night before. Does salmon steaks as well.:o
