This will be my 2nd day on white blood and my 10th on Clen
I'm running 16 days on clen, then 2 weeks on Ephedrine + Caffeine + Green Tea + synephedrine, then taking 2-3 days off, then going on clen for 1 more week if needed.
Here are my "before" pics (taken tonight)...sorry about the poor quality/lighting but I took them myself in a mirror at 4am during a study break...

Felt pretty great today. Pumps were really nice...after my first set of lateral DB rows every striation of my delts were clearly visable and still are 30 mins post workout. After my first set of DB Shrugs, my traps were looking nice and swole. The only bad thing about the pumps was when i was trying to do the high rep sets for my calves, they were burning like crazy.

thanks bro! I appreciate you taking a look. Yesterday I did cardio, today I did nothign due to my schedule but I'll be back on tommorow (chest) then I'm doing back on mon, and a split session on tuesday..Legs in AM and shoulers + delts in PM

Great workout today. I was nice and pumped. My bis were so pumped when i finished that they physically hurt as they dug into my forearms at the bottom of my reps of close grip bench.
I'm running my E-C-G-S stack for 1 week, then taking 2 days off, then going back on clen for 1-2 weeks again.

Thats all she wrote boys! I'm going to have to blame KRala on this one I think...I felt a little dizzy after my sets of leg extensions, but thought nothing of it. After my first set of Squats, I felt like I was going to pass out. After my 2nd set, I had to sit on a bench for 10 minutes and go right home.
If anyone has ever felt what its like to have low blood sugar, you'll know what I was going through. I've felt a little "out there" after high rep leg sets before, but nothing like this. I had a very tingly feeling in the back of my head, felt a little hungry, felt dizzy and cold, and thought I was going to have to be carried home. NOT GOOD!! I'm hoping this doesn't happen again because I've really enjoyed the WB so far.
PS - this was NOT due to low carb intake. I purposely increase carbs on leg days and just 1.5 hours before i trained I had a bowl of ravioli and a PB&J sandwich along with 2 chicken breasts (major cheat meal :) ). Then 10-15 minutes prior to my workout I had a granola bar (40g carbs, 15 from sugar).
When i got home I felt like i was going to pass out so i had a nice big glass of juice and some graham crackers. I'm really confused as to why KRala is even in this supplement if it is supposed to be taken pre-workout.

Wedg, I wonder if it could have been the Epedra stack you were using during the leg workout. I experienced exactly the same thing when I pushed myself a little hard while doing an ECA stack a year or so ago now.... Or are you convinced it was the K-rala

I cant be certain either way, but I have done "extreme" leg workouts in the past on EC and not had a problem. Also, the sides i felt were screaming low blood sugar, not increased heartrate

does this affect people diferently. i remember trans stating the same thing that you are, about the blood sugar and feeling dizzy. but its strange cause i havent noticed that in my cycle...so far. do you think that its because im still fairly fresh into it or that mabe it just doesnt have that affect on me?
but good luck with the rest of your cut...i know ill be reading up on it

Overall had a real nice day today. I did all of my barbell benching with a spotter standing there, but giving no assistance. My incline is bakc up to 225lbs which I am pumped about, as that was what I could do in the summer.

I felt weak on the pullups, but then had a good rest of the workout. I was pumped up for sure. I'm finally back on track, I had a competition last week that eliminated my workouts, diet, and supplementation. I'm going to get back on Clen shortly (3 more days or so) and elminate some more BF before I bulk.

WHITE BLOOD FINAL REVIEW - Wedgylx
First Impression - first time I've ever seen blue capsules, kind of cool actually.
How I used it:
I would take one dose of White Blood around 40 minutes before training. I would always be sure not to eat anything for 45 minutes or so before taking my serving. I would then wait 25 minutes and have a protein shake along with a carb source. After consuming that, I'd make my way to the gym.
On non-lifting days, I would take my dose before bed to (perhaps) increase GH secretion.
Effects:
The first week of using this supplement I got VERY powerful pumps, almost to the point of discomfort in some cases. I definitely got the most extreme "pumps" from this supplement, far better than NOXplode or plain L-Arginine. I felt this supplement had a slight placebo effect on me. In other words, when working bi's, if you happen to catch yourself in the mirror and see veins pumping and rock hard swolen muscles contracting, it makes you feel bulletproof! I think this may have helped me to get a few extra reps out on many exercises. If you're in the market for pumps, you'll be happy with this product. When it comes to actual gains, however, I didn't notice anything out of the usual. It should be noted that the addition of KRala brought forth an unusual experience for me which I'll note in the Pros/Cons section.
Pros:
-Increased vascularity
-Intense "pump" feeling
-Muscles appeared larger during workout and the pump lasted around 1 Hr
Cons:
-Noticed a difficulty in working antagonist pairs due to pump
~~~~EX: After working Bi's, doing close grip bench was almost painful due to pumped up bi's making contact with forearm on the negative.
-KRala leading to low blood sugar
~~~~EX: While working legs one day I began to feel very light headed and hungry and had to sit down for quite some time in fear of fainting. I blame this on the KRala because it had never happened to me before but happened a couple times while using WB (NEVER as severe as this legs day, the other times I just felt light headed and had to take an extended break between sets). After only doing a few sets I was forced to "call it a day" and end my workout which frustrated me.
Would I Recommend This Product???
-Definitely, however, with similar products on the market that don't contain KRala, I think that I would personally prefer to use another. Do not get the wrong impression, this is a great product. I just wish it didn't contain KRala
