I was just curious as to what everyone eats before they workout? I have heard taking in a protein shake with some oats, and I have also heard eating a whole meal. Right now I am going the shake route but I have a feeling I'm missing out on some needed cals....can anyone shed some light on this?
BTW I am currently trying to cut

I eat a full meal about an hour before I lift, but I don't have the same thing to eat everyday. I don't think eating a full meal an hour before would work well for most people though.

I actually just started on it last week and I am LOVING it. Crazy pumps and energy but not the overstim effect. I highly recomend it. As far as tolerance, I dont think that will be a problem b/c i only take it on training days and just CEE on off days
