so i am going to start a log on white blood as soon as i get it. thanks to controlled labs for letting me do this for them. i have been taking it easy on the supps the last week cuz of stomach pain but i am about to get back on them. here is what i am taking:
CLOUT by MAN
Lean Xtreme and GXR by designer supps
Amino Acid 4800 or something by Dyamtize
elite whey by Dymatize
100% Cassein by ON
CE2 by SNS sometimes
and White Blood by Controlled Labs
and a few other products that are not at DA.com
anyways i'll keep yall updated when i get my stash in.

So your thread will focus on additional effects you see and feel in additional to all the other stuff you are taking?
Are you doing the CKD as you suggested snake? If so, sometimes all of those supps get in the way - namely protein powders etc... when you are trying to have low-->no-carb days to prove entirely effective.
Also the effects from some free-form aminos could prove detrimental should you still chose to parttake in that kind of militant regimen.

dinoiii,i had to get off of the ckd. i went to the doc about some stomach pains i was having and he said the a high fat diet could irritate my stomach more than normal so i am on a 55-35-10 for now. yeah none of the supps i am on right now seem to give me an awesome pump so i should be able to tell a difference once i start WB.

"the fat can irritate your stomach" -- in what way?
Appropriate enzymes aren't even present before the small intestine. Outside of storage (for a minimal # hrs. dependent upon various factors), the stomach plays NO role in the digestion of fats.
See sometimes people challenge my own personal life on this board, but it is this kind of thing that helps me to NOT identify with the profession.
Well, will watch your opinions of WB.

ok. finally i can do yesterdays workout. had kind of a long day. me and my fiance are moving all our stuff in to our new apartment so its getting kinda hectic. anyways the workout went pretty good. i didnt have my spotters so i couldnt do as much weight or push as hard as i would have liked but my weights still went up or at least reps did on every excercise from last week. arms were a little tighter than normal but not too much. prob a little to early to tell anything yet though.

workout went pretty good today. i could def. feel a difference in arms, they were really tight, my back was a little more pumped too but not that much more than normal. my weights did go up in a few excercises and the reps went up in the ones that the weight didnt go up in. overall i would say it was a pretty good day.

todays workout went pretty good except for bench. i went down by 1 rep from last week which is the first time that has happened in awhile. dont know why cuz i wasnt really that tired. i can say though that i felt it in my tris alot more then usuall today. my arms felt really pumped after the workout today. all my other excercises went up in either weight or reps.

well sorry it has been awhile since my last post. the last couple of days have been hectic. i havent worked out in 4 days. todays workout went really good. i switched it a little and i think it helped alot. my weights went up in bb curls and french press. so far the product is as good or better than any NO type product i have tried. my arms felt really full today after my workout.

i dont really have an exact time but i can say i normally eat about an hour to 1.5 hours after my workout and i could really feel the pumps as i was eating. i'll try to check the clock next time so i can give you a little better answer.

workout went good today. my weight went up in incline, lat pulldowns, and pulley rows. the pumps were really good. my tris were really tight after incline. i will say so far i like this product.
shutta- the pump lasted real good for about 1-1.5 hours.

workout went really good today. my arms felt really strong and tight today. my preacher curls went up by 5lbs and by 5 reps. dips is hard to tell cuz i just let my partner put weight on my shoulders until i cant do them anymore. the style of workout i do doesnt necessarily lead to the greatest pump i dont think but, with that being said i am impressed so far with the tightness i get in my muscles after using White Blood.

workout went pretty good today. my reps went up in bench, behind neck pull downs and t-bar rows. felt pretty good with the pumps. the main thing i can tell a difference in is the tightness of my arms when i work out any body part.

I would be interested to see how that product works if you spend a whole day just BOMBING the Biceps and triceps as hard as possible.
Don't think I ever saw OEE in a product.
NO-1 has O-AKG.

i would think it would work pretty good ghost. i only do one excercise for each part and my arms are pretty dang tight afterwards.

workout went really good today. reps went up on every excercise and my arms were really pumped. i felt like i couldnt go down all the way on my behind the neck tricep press because my bis were so pumped. this is one of the best workouts i have had since being on WB.

Yeah, the only thing I have is with ornithine metabolites, sometimes the oxidative stress could prove overwhelming. This in additon to that converting through huge doses of arginine which also metabolizes into some ornithine via urea cycle could lead for interesting long term effects. Just a thought.
I am certain you would have to ingest more than is offered in current supplements but mega dosing could prove a bad idea and I am not sure how the ethyl ester would work exactly with a potentially longer half life I suppose. I am not sure I can recall a lab on it though.
Keep up the posts snake. So you are talking like a seated french press for tris after doing I am assuming some variation of a curl? Intense pumps off of one exercise per group considering belly size would be an absolute plus for White Blood!!!

yeah. i did dumbell curls and then warmed up tris with seating behind neck french press with a dumbell. let me know if you have an labs on your posts. i would like to see them.

sorry its been awhile been kind of busy. fridays workout didnt go to well. i had one of those workouts where you just cant get into it and you are just ready to get out of the gym. Mondays workout on the other hand went pretty good. my reps stayed the same on bb curls but went up 5lbs on french press and wrist curls. i only have 1 more day left so ill do a summary after tomorrow's workout.

well yesterday was my last day on WB. i had a pretty good day. i didnt have a spotter so i couldnt push myself as hard as normal but i felt really good after the workout. i dont know how well i respond to NO type products. i never get painful pumps like some people talk about but i can tell a little difference esp in my arms. with that being said WB is the best NO product i have used so far. i have used: pump tech, NO2, AE2, OX, Diablo and now WB. out of all those WB worked the best for me and i was taking some caffeine which i think hindered the pumps a little.overall i would recomend this product to anyone and not feel bad about it. i think you get a really good product for your money.
p.s. i know my reviews aint as good as Trans but not too many peoples are so oh well.
