i have attended a couple of meets as a spectator, and hopefully in late June I will be competing in one. I was curious how you guys handle nutrition and supplementation on meet day, given that it really takes several hours to make it through all three events.

for example, currently I am doing for prew/o Clout w/BodyOctane, Hemodraulix, RPM and a testbooster, intraw/o I drink IntraBolic w/Xtend and WMS. The effects of this prew/o stack will probably not extend past the first event, would I repeat it later (or a diluted version of)....

As for food, that's something I really want to hear how you guys handle, I get weak when I get hungry....

As always, advice appreciated

Best of luck competing, it will be fun.

Everyone is different, some people pack a bunch of stuff or worry about the supps and others but what the sell at the meet-and some of that sh*t is brutal-lol!

I would say just make sure you don't eat what you are not used to eating. Ex. don't eat a breakfast with pancakes, sausage, oatmeal etc if you are used to just eating Cap't Crunch(not that any of us just do that:rolleyes: ) your stomach will not like it. I would bring some light things to eat and easily digestible for you and keep hydrated. Also sit down when you are watching.

A couple sandwiches, some fruit/yogurt, some carbo drinks and water are all I bring. Just bring enough even if you don't eat that much due to nerves/anxiety.
