Going for a new diet (6 meals/day) and going to try and stick with it as best as possible. Any input/suggestions is greatly appreciated.Oh and meant to say I'm not sure of the total caloric breakdwon just yet, and my goal is simply to add more mass w/ this diet. (5'10" 190lbs)

Meal 1 (9am)-8oz OJ, 1 Scoop Whey, Cup Granola w/4oz Yogurt

Meal 2 (12pm+Prewkout)-1 Turkey Burger on Wheat Bread, 1 Cup Brown Rice, 1 Banana

Meal 3 (3pm+Postwkout)-1 Scoop Whey, 6oz Tuna or Salmon, 1 Cup Irish Oatmeal

Meal 4 (6pm)-Natty PB&J on Wheat Bread, 1 'Bumblebee' Fillet Chicken Pack

Meal 5 (9pm)-1/2 Cup Blueberries or Strawberries, 6oz Oven Roasted Deli Turkey

Meal 6 (12am+Prebed)-1 Scoop Whey, 1 'Cottage Doubles'

*1 Turkey Burger has 19g of protein and 9g fat
*The 'Bumblebee' Chicken Packs come in different flavors/varieties and each packed w/protein (ranging from 30-40g)
*The 'Cottage Doubles' may not be the best choice for pre-bed, as it contains like 18g of carbs from the added flavoring, however, I can't stand cottage cheese on its own!

Thanks dude, so you think this is a pretty good diet?

...Also, DD what's your take on this you know your stuff extremely well.

looks pretty solid to me. i also like bnats changes with the natty PB and less fruits past noon
