I'm 6'0, 210 about 12-15% body fat. I'm looking to lean out without sacraficing mass. How many carbs should I be taking for an effective cut, without sacrificing muscle?

How many total kcal are you consuming? Total food intake is what's important.

those numbers seem a little low mdgrwl, What is your maintanance kcal?

I am a good bit smaller than you and I am currently cutting at 260G protien, 172G carbs and 85G of fat.... And this only comes to 2504 kcal. IMO your cutting the cals too low and will only hurt your progress.
