Well I got my 410 Raw at the SSA meet in Warner Robins this past Saturday and was excited about that. My third attempt was 415 I pressed itoff my chest pretty good and as I started driving with my legs it pushed me up the bench and I hit the bar where you rack the weight and as soon as I did that it was over. As far as the meet goes, in the guys defense it was his first meet and he was a very nice guy, just unprepared. It was held in a gym and there were no chairs set up for spectators. We started an hour late. No microphone so you didn't know who was up next. And people kept coming in to workout where everyone from the meet was at. It was just not what you expect when you enter a meet. Anyway I had a good time and set a new PR as well as a State Record.
