I posted this in the supplement section but I dont want to jump topics so here it is. I am trying to bulk up but lose fat if possible.

height:5'10"
weight:217lbs
an example of my diet for 1 day.
7:00- 2 Hydroxycut Hardcore
8:15- Natural pb & Honey Sandwich on Whole Grain "Double Protein" bread
11:00- Can of white albacore tuna
1:30- Maybe a Spinach Salad w/ carrots, broccoli, raddish, grape tomatoes & some kind of light dressing and a boneless skinless chicken breast.
4:45- Take 1 scoop Dymatize Xpand
5:15- 6:45 - Workout
6:50- 1 tablespoon GNC Creatine Mono
7:15- Whatever is left over for supper at home but isn't too heavy (maybe veggies/greens/ something of that nature and maybe a little meat) or sometimes i instead have a Syntha 6 shake.
9:30- Bed
