I am trying to get my diet in line for an upcoming run of BOLD 200 and Testabolan, so protein is easy and dietary fat is easy, I know some of you guys probably might have a few aces up your sleeve as to acceptable complex carbs I can incorporate into my diet.....I just don't want to eat plain oats all the time...Thanks!!

Brown rice, Rye if you like the taste. I'm normally not that big into "organic" foods, but the lentils are usually about 170 Calories per quarter cup instead of 80. Amaranth grain is suppose to be pretty good too if you live where you can get it.

Don't forget sweet potatoes.
Oats, brown rice, 100% whole wheat bread, 100% whole wheat pasta, shredded wheat, and sweet potatoes are what I eat.

I like my oats made with milk and cinnamon. I often mix in vanilla protein powder and peanut butter.

Terra Sweet Potato chips, just drop some in a baggie and throw it in our cooler. You can pick them up at a Kroger.

These have been said but I also use brown rice, sweet pertaters and oats
I also powder oats w/my trusty magic bullet and add 30-60 grams to each shake I have.
