Hey I am 18 5'11 and weigh 164lbs. I started a lifting program a little less than 2 weeks ago. Since then ive been drinking whey protein shakes around 4 times a day roughly 1 gram per pound. I also just started taking Axis labs NE2 Arginine Ethyl Ester dl-hcl 6 days ago. I have been eating alot but cant seem to put on weight at all. With the constant lifting ive actually lost weight overall. Does anyone have a diet or certain amount of calories i should eat daily in order to put on the weight i would like to. I am trying to get up to 185 if possible so i want to add roughly 20 lbs of muscle. Any suggestions would be much appriceated. Thanks

I have avoided responding to this thread to give you time to digest the items T_I instructed you on or directed your attention.
Assuming you have carefully gone over these items, you likely have begun to put a diet together that suits you. At this time if you want to post it for feedback along with your current stats (i.e. - it has been a few weeks and I am assuming such has changed with them), it may be a more appropriate time.
