I use them for rep sets for support, but won't use them for my meet. Try starting with them rolled up, and unroll them onto your knee, starting below the knee joint and working your way up. Wraps are def. something that gets easier the more you use them.

They can be painful, but they do work. Did you get the 2 or 2.5M? Whay brand/make?You can start below the knee cap as suggested and work your way up a couple inches above knee-wrap this around twice. If you cinch them on, you can get 2 cris-crosses after the last two wraps. Remember to hold your last go around with a finger so you can tuck the end in. Wish I had a video for you. Roll them tight before you start but holding the end down with your foot and rolling them. Left leg wrap clockwise and right counter clockwise so you are not pulling you patella out to the side.- some people care, others just wrap, not 100% sure it makes a difference if you are not wrapping competition tight.
