Im currently doing somewhat of a recomp and my appetite is gone! I eat a very clean and balanced diet 95% of the time. I even have it posted will paste it below. But I used to have the appetite of a horse, I would eat and then get hungry within 30 min lol. Now I eat even better and wake up feeling like a fat slob and nothing has digested. Im going nuts cause I cant find any reason for this to happen. Ive pondered if its cause Im just getting older (23), test levels naturally lowering, excessive partying while I was younger. The only other thing I can think of is I used to pop a lot of B-Complex & ALA for digestion help (and my appetite was crazy before I started using those supps too) and that just perm. screwed my system up.

Can anybody relate to this or have a clue what the hell Im doing wrong? If I eat anymore then what I do now it my body turns it into fat so thats not really an option.

I don't feel hungry, ever... although my metabolism is still very fast, kind of screwy. I eat on a schedule so it is part of a routine so this may be the cause of it.

That is weird? I have a slower metabolism but usually feel like a manimal with food. Just within the last year this started and it pisses me off, I feel like a fat slob but Im not. To guess I'd say Im around 10-12% bodyfat (sloppy six pack lol). I just started doing HIIT again this week to give it a kick start but I miss that gargling sensation my stomach would give me telling me to feed his ass. I guess I should just go see the Doc and get some tests done cause Ive been lethargic lately too outside the gym.

iv heard that too about the running. do 10min of sprints before breakfast. HIIT would work great. it will start your day off by making your metabolism work a little faster

Whens the last time you took a week off? You might be overtrained and not know it. Even though your only going three days a week right now if your constantly going heavy week after week it can lead to overtraining, which could have an effect on your appetite. Also try to switch up the foods you eat, add more variety, and eat foods you usually don't throw in your diet.

The B vitamins should be a probelm at all. Was the ALA racemix or just the R isomer? I've sort of wondered for a while if the D form can cause some insulin issues but there aren't any studies on it. Just wondering out of curiosity.
