Haha, I just got done googling for "chaseus" and had no luck... :D
So, i'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that you meant "cashews".
If thats the case, I did a quick lookup on how much fat is in 1 1/2 cups of cashews and you're pretty damn high. 1 1/2 cups equals out to be about 95 (give or a take a few) grams of fat. While we all know that nuts are a source of good fat, i'd have to say that 855 kcal directly from fat would be pushing it a bit much. I'd cut down to maybe a 1/4 cup twice daily...
And as for your major carb source here, you could do much better. White rice is shit. Go for some good quality whole grain brown rice or something like that. And if you get tired of that, look into Quinoa. Its absolutely amazing....
And I'd agree with you on being too low in carbs. I'm kinda lazy, so i'm not gonna look everything up and give you an exact breakdown on your macros, but i'd guess they're off. Personally, I'd say drop the amount of fat and maybe add in some whole grain oats and even some honey for flavor for breakfast....

Still impressed that he's dropped this much weight in so little time. Only thing I could maaaybe think is that the boiled chicken is helping him shed a lot of water weight? Anyone else have any ideas?

Ive had good success with just a strict 2500 cal diet, High in protein low in carbs and moderate in fats. I just ate foods like chicken oatmeal lots and lots of tuna and proten shakes. I cut back on dairy breads etc. I did cardio 5x a week for 20 30 min sessions did this past summer and lost 15 lbs of fat, with the help of stackin scorch and ephedrine lol but still, diet is the key to anything. Your diet would kill me I wouldnt be able to maintain my size or live off of that diet. BUt good luck bro.

It's all about variety. Don't eat chicken 3x a day, eat other sources of protein too.
