I'm on a spinach salad diet with tuna/chicken in it. I eat this spinach salad 2 times a day 6 days a week. My diet is as Follows:
Monday-Saturday
11:00am -Protien Shake
2:00pm-Spinach Salad
5:00pm-Protien Shake
7:00pm-Spinach Salad
10:00pm Protien Shake
On Thursday, Saturday and Monday I drink a Weight Gainer Shake with Creatine in it immediately an Hour after working out.
Sunday
I'm off my diet and I pig out on Carbs all day.
This Diet has helped me put on Mass Naturally without the ugly Fat. It has also made me stronger in the GYM. I love it!
