this is going to be my fist log.i will be starting this cycle on monday its going to look like this
week 1 mdien 8mg fura 200mg
week 2-5 mdien 12mg fura 200mg
week6 repeat week one
i was going to add m5aa fo a pre-wokout boost but it hasnt arrived yet.if it does i will add it in when i get it and use it only on work out days.i will be using a 4 on 1 off routine fo this cycle.my diet will be as clean as possible macro break down will be about 360g protein 250-300g carbs and about 70g fat coming mostly from healthy fats. im not so much looking for weight gain with this cycle im mostly trying to drop body fat and retain strength if i gain a few pounds of lean mass though it would be cool.i will be running an eca stack as well through out the cycle.i will keep a close watch on blood pressure and have pre-loaded hawthorne berry.

i will be following too. just curious...when was your last cycle before this?
another point i must ask...it seems with the fura and ECA combo you would be recomp/cutting. so why the higher carbs? are you just a lucky son of a gun who can eat a lot? sheesh

my last cycle finished around mid december.i am going for a recomp i actually cut down the carbs alot i was around 500g carbs a day for quite sometime.im kind of a hard gainer so i feel i need higher carbs and calories over all to maintain lean body mass.

pretty good workout over all i cut my rest period between sets fom 2 minutes to 1 minute.had a pretty good pump going i think that was mostly from the plasma jet i took.very good poduct

alright today is day 2.i woke up early and did abs
hanging leg raise 4 sets of 15 with 10lb weight between feet
cable crunch 4 sets of 20 130lbs
cable oblique crunch 2 sets 15 100lbs 2 sets 20 90lbs
this evening was shoulders and traps

rest period is still one minute between all sets except for abs which is 30sec rest between sets.good workout over all had a great pump going felt plenty of energy.diet is right on tack ive cut back the carbs a little more so its about 200g a day now

decent workout the shorter rest periods are kicking my a$$.the pump was really good though and even though im using lighter weight than usual i still find the workout pretty challenging.ive lost about 2lbs so far.i tweaked my diet a little bit my breakdown now is roughly 20%fat,30%carbs and 50% protein.even with the lower carbs i still feel plenty of energy through out my workout

alright workout i felt like it could have been better.i had a very busy day today and didnt get much sleep last night so by the time i hit the gym i was dead tired.im starting to notice a slight increase in strength and endurance.my muscles also seem to look more full and defined not to bad for not even a week in.i think i might bump it up to 12mg mdien this wknd and 250mg winadrol we'll see what happens

really good workout.even with my rest periods cut in half i felt pretty strong and even went a little heavier on some sets.ive had a really bad headache the past two days checked blood pressure 130/50 which is pretty normal so im thinking maybe i just need to drink more water.aggression is up a little bit and ive been getting some slight back pumps.i also had to go a little lighter on the calf raises due to a really bad cramp i kept getting in my calf. all in all though i was pretty pleased with today.i think its finally starting to "kick in"

strength is definetly up. i went heavier on quite a few exercises and squeezed out a few extra reps on some others.workout only lasted about an hour i felt like i couldve lifted for another hour no prob.starting to get some slight acne on my shoulders and cheeks nothing big though definetly feel more focused and aggressive.blood pressure has been good steady at about 130/50 im using 2g hawthorne berry a day.had some minor back pumps here and there those went away with about 4g of taurine daily

no not 50lbs i ment i started winadrol at 200mg and i moved up the dose 50mg to 250mg sorry i shouldve made it clearer.my body weight has actually satyed about the same so far

yeah i might bump up to 20 sides really havent been bad at all i was getting headaches but i bumped up the hawthorne berry a little and they went away had some minor back pumps that went away with some extra taurine.i dont think it is as strong as trenadrol for strength gains well at least not yet we'll see what the next couple of weeks brings.winadrol is working fairly well i have a much drier look despite lowering calories and carbs i still have a nice full look so far im pretty happy overall

sorry i havent really been updating but my comp is messed up and it makes it really hard to type.im also going to have to take about a week off due to some family issues im having.ill continue to update once i get back.anyway i went and got body fat tested today. i went from 10.3% to 8.7%.heres the break down i was 10.3%bf at 180lbs which meant i had 18.5lbs body fat,161.glbs lean body weight of which 119.2 was water and 42.3 was protein and minerals.im now at 179lbs 15.6lbs body fat 163lbs lean weight of which 120.7 is water and 42.8 was protein and minerals.so i lost 1lb of body weight,3lbs of fat and gained some muscle in the process not bad over all.alright well heres yesterdays workout chest and back

not bad results for a cycle that a certain senior member on here reffered to as asinine.i lost about 3% body fat maintained roughly the same bodyweight of 180lbs and had great increases in strength.m-dien is a good compound but it has to be run high to really be effective.for me it worked best in the 20-24mg range.i liked taking a dose pre-workout i feel like it gave me more aggression energy and focus. the sides were not bad i maintained normal blood pressure.i had the occasional headache but that usually went away with some extra water.some back pumps here and there but nothing major like with mdrol.i would definetly reccomend this cycle for anyone trying to lose bodyfat while maintaing size and strength.pct is nolva ran at 20/20/10/10 with inhibit-e tapered up ran inversely. also blue up and zma
