Day 1: Took 2 Pills in the morning, 2 pill before workout. I dont know if it was the pills kicking in or not, but I was pretty moody today. I told my girl to shut it, and it dint go to well. Went to the gym, did legs today. I wasnt too energized since I just got off a cycle of No Shotgun and Meltdown couple days ago, so my energy level wasnt up to par. Pretty much did the same the amount of weight for legs as asual. Even though without the preworkout supp, I was exicted to do legs. I also noticed I drank quite a bit of water during my workout. I usually dont try to drink to much when doing legs since I would feel sick and end up puking. But everything was fine and water never tasted so good. After the workout I was pretty tired, walked to the car limping like a broke pimp.

Day 2: Shoulders - This log is for yesterday, I dint have a chance to jump on my comp last night.
My 2nd Day on Mass FX Maximum Strength, so far so good. I havent notice any strength increase yet, but I havent lost any either. I dont expect much on the second day. I wasnt too focus at the gym, but had quite a bit of energy.

As you can see I actually was not able to do my normal 11x3 on dumbell press, I could only push out 8 reps for each set. But my Front Delt Dumbell raise I manage to push an extra rep for each rep. On dumbell raise I was able to push out 11 reps for each set. Even though I lost some strength on my first exercise, I was able to do a more on my second and third work out. Even though I wasnt too focused at the gym, my workout was good. After my workout, I jumped on the treadmill and I noticed having more stamina than usual. Ran for 3 miles @ 7 speed, and still had alot more juice left. I left the gym feeling very good. So far I am happy with the product, cant wait until it kicks in.

I was pumped at the gym today. Maybe because its chest day, or maybe is because Mass FX is kicking in. But today was one of those day that I did not want to leave the gym.

As you can see I was able to add another rep each set to all the exercise except for the Dumbell Bench Press. I was alot more focused than yesterday. I wasnt as tired after each set, and was eager for the next set. I usually take 1:30 between sets. Today I only waited for 1 minute between sets. After my workout, I was not tired at all. I could feel the pumps all over my upper body, veins were popping every where. It was a niceeeee. Afterward I jumped on the treadmill and do my usual 3 mile jogg. I was able to up the speed from 7 to 7.2 on the treadmill and I still had plenty of juice left after. I wanted to jump on the stair climber, but did not have time.

Sorry for the delay, my internet access has been very limited lately do to me upgrading my wireless internet router. But everything is up and running like normal now:
Day 4: Back
I was really sore from my chest workout, my energy level wasnt up to par and I wasnt too focused either. It was one of those day where you dont want to go to the gym because of the lack of motivation. I went on doing my back like usual, wasnt expecting much simply I wasnt in the zone.

As you can see I did not feel like working out today, I felt sore, weak and just plain tired. I guess I might have over trained my body during the last couple days, and I can really feel the aftermath. I could only mange to do 10x3 @ 175lbs on the Bend Over Barbell Row, I usually do 12x3. I drop 10 lbs on the Front Pulldown and Rear Pulldown wide grip. I think I will give my body a day rest tommorow to recover a little bit. I've actually lost 3lbs, but most of it is from water and fat. I am looking leaner, which is a suprised since I dont think Mass FX is known for being a cutter. But I cant say for sure since I am only 4 days into the cycle.

Day 6: Arms
I felt alot better today. Coming off a day of rest, I am energized and was pretty damn pumped to hit the weight. The first couple sets felt nice, it seems my strength has came back. About 2 exercises into my tricep workout I could feel my strength has gone up a little bit, and I was pretty pumped at that point. From seeing that result made me alot more motivated and I was focused throughout the whole routine.

As you can see I first starts up normal, but as I get couple sets into the exercise, my strength has increased. Overall I have manged to added either more weight or more reps to the majority of my exercise. I definately feel alot stronger than 2 days ago, I guess that one day of rest really made a difference. I am still at 205lbs, but I did get a little more define. Not much, but I could tell the difference.

Day 7: Abs day
Well not much to report on abs day. Still at 205lbs. I noticed my endurance has increase by a good amount. Did abs for 30 minutes and hop on the treadmill for 45 mins. Had quite a bit of energy afterward, I wasnt sore whatsoever after my jogg, sweat a ton, which is good. Everything is going great. Mood wise, I am very happy. Havent snap at the ol lady for couple of days now lol so it is good for me in bed. Btw...I am up all day from this, sometime it is annoying when you are out in the public and you get random boners.

Day 8: Rest Day
I am looking and feeling leaner. Everything is going very smoothly. My sex drive is pretty insane right now, I think the Mass FX has kicked in full gear. Even though it is a rest day today, my muscles are fuller than normal, I can feel the pump through out the day and my body overall feels tighter. I am still at 205lbs, but I am pretty sure I have lost some body fat and its being replace by muscle. Legs tommorow...cant wait!!!!!!.

WOW...Thats all I got to say about today's workout. It was the best workout thus far on Mass FX MS. I have tried 2 cycles of Mass FX, Hyperdrol X2, Retain 2. This single product beat those 2 cycles easily. To tell you the truth I had doubts about Mass FX MS in the begining, but now no doubts whatsoever. This product works, I have never say this to any other supps out there, but this is the best non PH supplement I have try.

I got the gym pretty pumped, but I DID not think my strength would increase by this much. I usually could only put out 10x3 on squat, and would be winded gasping for air after each set. But not today, I was in the f*ucking mode. After I put up 12x3, I felt like I could add more weight to my other exercise, and I did. I either increased weight or increased my reps on every exercise except for the suicide calf raise. I felt like a beast at the gym today. My focus level was high, my strength was high. I could not ask for a better workout. I kept pushing and pushing, went all out on my legs and they took it like champs. Afterward...my legs were jello. I seriously had a hard time walking out of the gym. I rode my bike today and my legs were burning the whole way home. I am still at 205lbs, but I dont really care since my strength is up, I am looking leaner and feeling tighter every day. My sex drive is great. I am loving this product. Sides wise, I was tired yesterday at around 2pm, than today I was really tired around the same and actually took a 2hr nap. So I can say certain that the side I am having is lethargy. I get 8hrs of sleep a day, so its not like I am tired because of the lack of sleep. I also think that since the Mass FX MS has fully kicked in, the sides are coming too. But no biggie.

The sides I am having now are only lethargy, little bit of pimples and dry mouth. Yes, this is better than my stack with Mass FX (regular) HyperdrolX2, retain 2. I feel that I in just 9 days, my strength has increased greatly, while it took me 2 weeks for the my AX stack to have the same strength increase as I am having now.

It should prove to be very effective. AX does recommend it in the Mass FX FAQ.

I think that would be a tough choice. Hopefully we will have feedback from running the new Mass FX and Hyperdrol X2 by the time you are ready for your 2nd run of Maximum Strength. :)

My entire body is sore, it sucks but feels good at the same time. I wasnt too focused at the gym today, was kinda tired to think of it. Strength wise I felt good, if I wasnt so damn sore I would probably beable to get a few more reps in.

So I manage to push for 3 extra reps on my dumbell press compare to my previous shoulder workout. I also added 5lbs to my X Cable Side Delt. Got to admit my body really took a beating from the last couple of days, especially from my leg workout yesterday. I am not recovering as fast I would like, but I oh well, just have to deal with it. Also...i have noticed my appetite has increased greatly, I probably consumed around 4500 today. I usually do around 3.5k-4k. Everything is going fine, I am still at 205lbs. Tommorow is chest, which is my favorite workout, cant wait.

I did not get to workout today, work has been hectic and by the time I got home it was way too late. Did'nt get in bed until 2am since I drank a monster thinking I would beable to workout. But anywho, not much to report. Everything is going fine, nothing special to write about.

Even with the lack of sleep, my strength at the gym today was great. I got a great workout today, onced I got my blood flowing I was extremely focused. Manage to add couple more reps to my bench press, decline press, incline press and cable raise. It was a suprisingly good workout. If I had got my full 8hrs of sleep, I bet I would of been able to up the weights. I have gained 2lbs so far and looking leaner. Strength is increasing day by day. Everything is good so far. Couple things I might add, the lethargy feeling is gone and I am actually able to increase my stamina off this.

Well it was back day and I had another great workout. Strength wise I was able to add more weight and more reps to my exercises. Stamina is increasing at the same time too.

As you can see, right from the start I was able to pull 12x3 off the Bend over barbell row. Increase of 2 reps for each reps. Seated Row, got another extra rep. Added 2 more reps for Dumbell Row. 2 more for front pulldown and rear pulldown. Overall it was a pretty intense workout, I sweat quite a bit. Afterward I jumped on the treadmill and ran for 3 miles. Cant complain about today's work out. Still at 207lbs, but strength and stamina is increasing day by day.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I was out in the field over the weekend for some night training so was not able to workout or get access on the net. I did take the pills as usual and what not. During my fun time out in the field, an sabot shell was dropped on my wrist accidentally by one of my marines, so as of right now it is pretty much f*cked. Corps man told me that I have some internal swelling going on, and he thinks I might of damage the ligament on my wrist. Right now I am on ice and pain killers, so its not too bad I guess. I cant really stand the fact that I cant workout in a few days, so this really sucks since 80% of the exercises puts pressure on my wrist. I will be updating my status as I get words from the doc. I will be doing legs and back since those two body parts doesnt effect my wrist that bad.

I cant really stand the fact that I cant workout in a few days, so this really sucks since 80% of the exercises puts pressure on my wrist. I will be updating my status as I get words from the doc. I will be doing legs and back since those two body parts doesnt effect my wrist that bad.
