For my next cycle i am goin to run trenadrol/bold200 for 8 weeks.
wk1-8: bold at 800mg
wk1,2:tren at 60
wk3-6:tren at 90
wk7-8:tren at 60
My first cycle i ran hdrol/prop. 50mg/hdrol and 60/prop. Gained about 9 lbut wasntpleased. This time i'm looking for just strength and maybe bout 5-7 lean lbs. My stats are 23yrs. old, 5'9'', 172 lbs 8%bf.
Let me know what you guys think i should for dosage, supporting sups, etcs. I have been taking hawthorn now for 1 1/2 wks.

maybe i worded that wrong. I was hoping for a more of lean gains than mass. Im wasnt trying to bulk up, just wanted good lean gains. Not bashing on the cycle or anything, just wasnt what i was looking for.

sounds to me like it was your diet that was the problem and not the cycle

9 lbs of lean mass is good on any cycle, even for sd/phera clones. I'm guessing you lost some bodyfat though too didnt you?

8 weeks of tren huh? Havn't seen anyone do more than a 6 week run of tren.

when you are bulking thats exactly what you are doing bulking
If it is a recomp then your diet has to be that a recomp diet .
As far as bashing I didn't think you were at all.

can we stop talking bout my last cyce? That was in the past and maybe my diet wasnt exactly on point but now ive learned from my mistakes and ready to move on. I would like to focus on the one that I'm bout to run if that's alright with everyone else....

To the OP:
Run the BOLD as planned but scale the Tren back to 4 weeks at the most. 8 weeks of Tren/BOLD is a recipe for a useless Johnson.
Add a natty test booster such as Testabolan or Blue Up while on cycle.

yeah most id run tren for is 6 weeks im actually finishing up a 6 week run of it 0 mg;s daily

so i should run the tren for 6 weeks, at like 60/60/90/90/90/60?? should i do that wks 1-6 or 3-8?? what type of supporting supps you think i will need? i have hawthorn, fish oil, flaxseed oil, and taurine for back pumps. any help appreciated

I think u need to start the Tren at 30mg for a couple of days and se how you body reacts to it. Maybe after 4 - 5 days bump up to 60mg, then around week 3 go up to 90mg if everything is ok. At your weight (172?) 90mg is pretty high., especially for 6 weeks . Thewre is a BIG difference between running tren for 4 weeks and 6 weeks. ( ALOT harder on the joints for one thing)
You may also want some CoQ10(along w/ Hawthorn) plus plenty of joint supps.

should i start the tren at the beginning or wait til week 3 and run it til the end??? what other joint supports are out there?? All i know of is fish oil....

At the beginning.
Other joint supps- 1 fast 400 Cissus , NOW Celadrin, Glucsamine /chondriton/msm tabs and (topical lotion is good to have on hand) fish oil, WATER!

ok, so last question...when should i take the bold, trenadrol, supporting supps?? when i did h-drol/prop i took the hdrol in the morning, supporting supps at lunch, and the prop right before work out. should i follow the same guidelines???

SUPPORTING SUPPS.
Hawthorn Berry: 2 caps, 3x’s daily
Fish Oil: 4/day
Multi-Vitamin:1/morning, 1/pre-workout
Cyto-Gainer: 1/morning, 1/post-workout
Whey: 2 scoops(Morning Snack), 1 scoop(Pre-Workout)
Tell me what you think.... Plan on placing the order in the morning unless something drastic happens between now and then. Thanks for the help and will keep a log once the goods are received!
