Meal Before Bed?

Is it ok to eat a meal before bed as opposed to a shake before bed?

I do alot of the time, I just make sure to take in minimal (if any) carbs at this time. I usually go for ff cottage cheese and natty pb but sometimes ill have meal of whole food like chicken or turkey.

I normally just eat dinner than a few hours later like a a protein shake or some eggs or a peanut butter sandwhich and wait about 2.5 hours to go to bed i uusally dont go to bed until 1 in the morning so yea so my last meal is around 9ish.
