Well, I have a decent muscle foundation, and now I'd like to do some cutting.

I am almost out of my creatine so I am just going to stop taking it till I begin lifting heavy again.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you need to know any info? Like my current workout routine? I'd type it out now but it's late haha.

I would actually ask your current stats based on your elicited goals (i.e. - BF%, etc...). If your BF% is already in a moderate range (what is more better seen as the "skinny fat" body type), you may benefit from a body re-composition diet versus a cutting regime. I know many people who like to remain on "cutting" diets 12 months of the year. This is counterproductive to "fat" loss goals - albeit helpful in the "weight" loss arena!
