Up until I bumped my tren to 90 mg was I okay. Ive been on my h-drol\trenadrol cylce for 15 days now everything was going good until yesterday. I bumped my tren up to 90 mg on monday felt find yesterday was another story I woke up felt bloated and had some really bad cramps in my stomache, I think it mite of been constipation not sure... All day yesterday I felt like crap pretty much, and last nite o wow worst headaches ever, I thought I was gonna kill myself... Ive been stacking hawtrone like crazy 3 in the morning 3 at night.. Im gonna try something differnt stop taking rpm and chill at 60 mg of tren and see how that makess me feel....:eek:

yea 90 mg's of trenadrol can definitly prove to be too much for most people. stay at 60

Yea I am. And im gonna stop taking rpm to I think that mite be triggering my blood pressure to spike...

Yep, stims will do that. I am really not liking my BP on my cycle right now. I have that flush sort of feeling..

I love the cycle, but damn like yesterday I had my blood pressure checked at one of those little sit down ones at your local pharmacy store. I was like 134, I uusally avg 125 and a 60 pulse my pulse yesterday was 87 :eek: And for whatever reason I still have this stupid cramp in my stomache I cant suck my stomache in or flex it without pain I hope its not my liver swelling up... Ive been pounding warter, and taking milk thislte.... I just dont like this bloated feeling either, It makes me look like I just ate 900 gram of carbs lol.

I average 120/60. I am now averaging 140/70 so I am definitely feeling it!! I would drop your dosage back and add in some CoQ10 maybe

I dropped back down to 20 I was up to 60mg and jumped to 90 w/ m-drol (30mg). I wasn't feeling right went to 60 and now I just went back to 20. all on tren. I was warned about (bp) too. No stimulants in my workout since I went to 60mg. Iwas thinking about just finishing the m-drol and dropping the tren. If you have heart problems in your family,well...

None that im aware of. Im pretty healthy year round. Ill figure it out only 2 more weeks left of tren so ill man up and finish what I started :rolleyes: :eek:

I will too, but the bloating and then rush isn't real fun. I at 6 caps of H.Berry too. I am 14 days in the cycle. I might finish 20 mg M-drol / 60 Tren. I love the gains though. No Stimulants for this cat- for the rest of the cycle.

Well so far so good no headaches gym went pretty good solid workout I didnt do cardio today to give my body a rest from it. So I cut out the rpm and Im gonna see later today when I take my 2nd dosing of tren to see how it is at 60 mg. Im thinking tho if Its just the 90 mg of tren I mite be able to take rpm pre-workout because ive been taking it since I started this cycle 2 weeks ago and havent noticed any b\p issuses until I bumped up tren to 90 mg.

My BP was high at 60mg last time around but not insane. I haven't checked it yet this time. I'm running 30mg 4 days a week, 60mg 3 days. 60mg ED gives me prolactin issues, that's why I'm trying pulsing it.

I'm going to run similar cycle soon also.
Halo/Trenaplex.
Looking @ 75-100mgs Halo and up to 150 T-Plex.
Will watch your progress and see how you do.

what supps are you taking??? it would be easier to offer suggestions if we know every thing you are ingesting in the day...you are taking two substances that need spot on supporting supps... and if you are missing some you will def get sides... ie.. taruine for back pumps on sd.. and lots of water for tren... my suggestions are

for sd
taurine 6gms a day
fish oil 9gms a day
hawthorn berry 9 a day
pumpkin seed oil.... totally awesome at getting your bladder totally empty.. and helps with keeping your hair. betasitasterol active ingredient

lots of carbs.. when i was low in carbs i got mass headaches.. so i took a endurance drink ... excelerade... get that at the bike store.. sorry da. has a good carb in it.. made the headaches go away .. also made the lethargy go away.

for trenadrol
water
water water
hawthorn berry and all the other supps listed above
zma to help sleep along with argenine/orthanine

Im on a tren and halo cycle. I Have all the supporting supplements on hand. Im 85% sure it was the rpm that made my blood pressure go crazy plus uping the tren 90 mg didnt help either but since I went back down to 60 and stoped taking rpm, Ive been feeling a lil lethargic but no more headaches...

You could try taking low dose caffeine (50-100mg) for the lethargy if it's an issue.

I got very lethargic on week 5 of Tren, started taking half doses of test booster and seemed to help by the sixth week

Ive been taking all my supporting supplements for joints. b\p etc. I finally started feeling the calf pumps today in my left calf I couldnt walk lol. Ive noticed the dryness in the joints mainly the wrists and in the eblow area. But today I noticed it in my shoulder my left shoulder its really painfull.... I get cramps and what not, what can I take for this can I up my glucosamine?:confused:




Im thinking tho its more muscle then joint dryness, Im not sure im gonna keep it heated tonite and see how it feels tommrow....

Yes ,u can up the gluc but its has a loading phase so it wont probably work in time. Get some Topical Gluc/chon/msm cream(Projoint or glucosacream) Now CELADRIN, fish oils, Bulk Cissus( very cheap and effective)

i got some dmso from a vet for my sore joints... he added some coritsone to it.. and i just rub it on and it seems like magic...pain really goes away..

you get dmso at a tack store.. or online..have not really googled it before.

try it before you laugh at me..

The reason why i was taking rpm was due to feeling letharic like 150 mg worth. I havent takin any for well...

Umm, Lets see im going on day 19, Lethargy is on and off, like theres day where im like so lazy to do anything and theres days where im amped and pumped lol. But I would say its in the middle slighty better I guess.

The thing I did notice was my sex drive, it seems like I have no urge to do anything lol, with the lady or the hand puppet lol. I dunno it just seems like whatever test I have its all unloaded in the gym then after, life sucks lol.

are you taking sam e 400mg at all.. if not try taking it first thing in the morning... it will help the liver.. and help get the glycogen flowing again... also try getting lots of B complex in too... that will help with energy.. not like a stim would but you wont crash out...

LoL fersure. Mw ive been trying to my best to keep you updated with my progress. Im up in strength weight, i love this stack but to many sides lol. Im nervous when should i start noticing the halo to kick in, ive been on h-drol for 12 days now.

Halo will kicks in on week 3 for most... and u should not have any more sides from that. Trenadrol is very strong so that may be a wise decision.

I'm almost 2.5 weeks into epi + tren. My joints are popping than normal but no real pain. It goes away after warming up. Joint sups have helped reduce it.

I take stims multiple times daily, either caffeine or Amp, and haven't had any BP issues yet.

The thing you have to remember with RPM too is that it contains Naringin, which will effect not only the half life of the caffeine you intake, but also the PH's you are taking. This makes for one bad situation of high blood pressure. I would drop the RPM completely and save it for PCT. RPM plus orals is a no no in my opinion.

Yea well, its werid When I was doing 90 mg of tren and poppin about 4 pills of rpm thats when I felt like a explosion was gonna go off in my head. So I went back down to 60 mg of tren and continued taking 50 mg of h-drol and didnt touch rpm for about 6 days, life was good again, I took rpm today prework with my Orals damn best work by far, I took about 4 pills on an empty stomache woha I felt untouchable, and no signs of increased b\p. But I knoe what you mean Im out anyways so i guess its better for me that way. Im gonna check my b\p tommrow and ill post it on here...:eek:

Hey dan how are your gains 2.5 weeks in? I think 2.5 weeks in for me, i was about 4 lbs up increased strength on everything for me/

What kind of tren you on. I am on tren ( extreme). It seems to be a bit hsarsh then rest of the trna and form. Collegen (protien) helps joints and conneective tissue.

Yeah I found that out. Tren- extreme has shown diffuculities with stacking. Almost hate to say it could cycle by itself. Picky on any kind of stimulants you use even coffee in the morning. This also with alot of HBery's, co.x 10. Wow .

Is it me or am I trippin cause it seems like my waste line is getting bigger but I dunno it hard to say... I have some fat around my midsection and im think with the tren\halo, it could be making my abs thicker there for pushing them out, which would cause the fat to push out??? Does that make sense?:confused: Cause ive only pust on like 6 lbs. ANd I dont think 6lbs would make any differnce to my midsection....>?:confused:

Nice increase in muscle size across the board. I'm doing a cyclical diet so I have no idea what my weight change is.

Sweet. I have like a lil over week left of my halo\tren cycle. Gains are good strength is up alot. Just a lil disapointed I added a lil fat to my midsection but nothing I cant run off lol.

Remember, those pharmacy BP machines are not entirely accuarte. I had my BP taken on cycle and it was normal while the pharacy machine listed me at stage two hypertension.

Yea my diet is legit kinda lol. I just shoot for protein really. And as for cardio I do lots of cardio but cut back alot because I wanted gains, I tryed cardio today holy crap I got pumps in my calfs and my ankles joints where killing me like to much presure on my ankles... So i didnt do the tredmil I just used to the stair master and still had alot of pain in my ankles...

Yea bro I mean Im a pretty athletic guy. I do cardio 5 x a week for 20 min on my off days I 30 mins of cardio. I do the tred mill 3 x a week just a 2 mile run on 6.7 speed, for thats easy. But Ive been trying to do the tredmil at least a mile, after my 2nd lap omg my ankles are killing me ive never had that issuse before but I knoe its the tren so eh w\e I only have 3 days left of tren so w\e. Yea ill do the elpitical is easier on the joints so ill just do that or the stair master.
