I need to gain around 20 lbs in the next 4 mothns to make weight for my class at a powerlifting meet in June.
any suggestion on a real food/supplement combo that will put the size on without making me too fat.
currently 185, want to get to 205 .
5ft, 8 in tall.

Definitely. I'd rather be at the top end of a smaller class than the lower end of a bigger class.

Nationally I would say the 198# and 220# class has the most competition. Stay at 181#. lol! Seriously though you cannot rush gaining mass or it will be fat. Good luck at the comp!

I'm currently eating 6-7 light meals a day, no protien or gainers right now.

I agree with the others, aim for the top of the lower group.
No protein??? :confused:
