I am starting a fat loss/recomp program. I opted to really dial in my diet rather than enlist the help of a fat burner. Muscle gain isn't as major a priority as is the fat loss. I would love to gai muscle but I am also aware of the difficulty of doing both at the same time. I have packed on a decent slab of muscle and I now wish to reveal it.

My stats:
5'9"
225 lbs.
17% bf

My supps:
Blue Print (first thing in the morning)
Body Octane(2X daily)
Clout (2X daily)
Hemodraulix (pre workout)
Muscle Delight (post workout)

My diet: carb-cycling ratio- 4 days low/1 day high
Low carb days:
meal1: 6 eggs-3 whole/3 whites + 1/2cup mushooms + 3 slices tom.(diced)
meal2: 1 cup Cottage Cheese + 1/2 avacodo
meal3: 6 0z. chicken breast or 1 can tuna+ 2 cups baby spinach + 1 tbsp. Flax seed oil
meal4: 2 tbsp. natty p.b. + 2 stalks celery
meal5: 8 oz. fish + 2 cups mixed veggies.
Post-Workout meal: 1 serving muscle delight

High carb days:
meal1: 6 eggs- 2 whole/4 whites + 1/2 cup raw oats & 1 pkt. instant organic oatmeal + 1 tbsp. honey
meal2: 1 cup cottage cheese + 1/2 cup fruit
meal3: 6 0z. deli turkey or 1 can tuna + 1 cups baby spinach + 2 slices w.w. bread + 1 banana
meal4: 2 tbsp. natty p.b. + 1 w.w. english muffin + 1 apple
meal5: 9 0z. chicken breast + 1 cup mixed veggies + 1 potatoe
post workout meal: 1 serv. muscle delight

my workout:
lots of drop sets and super sets to keep the old ticker going full bore.
3 days of H.I.I.T. and 3 days steady state (alternating)

any advice would be appreciated

Lighten up on the fructose on the high carb days...it refills the live, I'd have 1 serving on that day, get the rest from other mod/high glycemic carbs....
oats, brown rice....
