Is this possible, im trying to get into the 199 weightclass for my weight-team at school and im currently at 210 and i have roughly 1 week 2 days. Im kind of being pushed into this one, im just going to run hard after my 2hr workout each day. Workout from 230-430pm, nap/eat then 7-830pm run/cardio in general. I have a good diet, but should i keep that diet of my 5-6meals or just not eat much the whole week if i seek this goal. Im afraid im going to be weak as hell and do crappy in the meet anyway once i hit this level because im thinking of not eating much and running so much. Any comments on this would be appreciated.

Dropping 10 lbs of FAT isn't going to happen. Dropping 10 lbs IS possible though when you lose water. You'll probably end up weak as hell though unless weigh in is the night before.

Even so, remember that water is a requirement for your kreb cycles. Thats why you feel hungover after drinking as your body is somehwat dehydrated. If you weere to be dying of thirst literally, it would feel a lot like a hangover. But back to case at point, your kreb cycles dictate energy metabolism and without adequate energy substrate formation, youll lift like my grandma.

I was told to drop this weight 5 days ago, i had no idea nor planned to drop this kind of weight so soon. If i would have known a month earlier i wouldnt even bother posting up this forum asking opinions because it would be no problem.

in that case id find out just how important it is to get to that weight for the meet vs. actually having energy and strength to WIN. if youv done this before without problems then by all means go for it
