View Full Version : Next Cycle Help - SD/Tren/Havoc/Mass FX/Hyperdrol

Right now I'm recovering from a fractured scapula and have some time to plan my next cycle (about 4 weeks away).

So far I plan on:
Weeks 1-3: Fast action S-Drol 10,20.30mg, Trisorbagen
Weeks 3-6: Kilosports Trenadrol 30, 60, 90mg, and RPN Havoc(not sure of the dosage yet), Trisobagen
Weeks 6-12: Anabolic Xtreme Mass FX 6 caps ED and Hyperdrol X2 4 caps ED

Throughout weeks 1-6 Ill be taking Milk thistle and Hawthorn Berry.

My thinking is the last 6 weeks of Mass FX and Hyperdrol X2 will be great for PCT and hopefully help to hang onto some of those gains from the 1st 6 weeks and maybe add a few more lbs. I can get a SERM if needed but I dont think it will be an issue.

So far Im set on the SD and my plans for PCT. I havnt purchased any of the Tren or Havoc yet but have read good things and am curious. Ive ran cycles of SD/Phera, Bold, and HD/tren and responded best to the SD which is why Ive chosen it again. Id appreciate any suggestions especially in regards to the tren/havoc in weeks 3-6.

Do we even want to know how you managed to break a shoulder blade?

cycle is solid, though 20mg SD and tren at 90mg will be better throughout. dont worry about ramping.

I was on leave (vacation) with my wife visiting our parents before taking a vacation to Jamaica when we decided to hit up the local gym. After warming up on the bench I did a set of 225 and after finishing I went to rerack the weights. It wasn’t until then that I noticed how low the bench was and managed to miss the rack on my right side. As the weight went behind me over my head there was a loud pop and a whole lot of pain as the weights fell. A trip to the ER, 2 x-rays and a CAT scan they determined that it was fractured. Its been 2 weeks and I still cant move it very far in any direction without a lot of pain, but they tell me the full recovery is still at least 4 weeks away.

As for the cycle thanks for the input. When I did SD last time I ramped it up from 10 to 30 but will try it at 20 this time.
