Thanks bro.
Now do you believe these numbers can be hit month to month adding new mass?
Or do you think you will hit a plateau and need an xtra boost from supplement to break it?

i believe its possible, but hard, to continualy grow year round. you might only get say 4-8 lean pounds a year but thats how it goes naturally. i think supplements have their place in helping you reach your goals. they help keep you from over trainging, help stimulate your body in new ways, and help maintain the gains. you should check into layne norton, hes a big time natural BB. he does periods of bulk and cut for a few weeks appeace. its hard to gain weight naturally without the fat so thats where the cut comes in. i think it attributes to him gaining more than everyone else who bulks on longer periods. DIET is huge here tho
