OK guys. I'm pretty new to these forums, but I've been seriously training for about 3 months.

And I have a problem. . .

I am growing in terms of weight I can lift:
My curls have gone up 20 pounds, and benching has gone up, and everything. I look good when I'm infront of the mirror, definetly alot more muscle then there was before. Sounds good right?

But sometimes when I step on the scale, I am up almost 5 pounds, yet other days I'm back to where I started.

Can you help? Can it be that I'm gaining muscle and losing fat, and my weight will eventually go up? I'm lost.

With the fluctuations in your body weight that could be water or when do you take your weight? After you eat? be4 you eat? when did you go to the bathroom last? it could be a combination of all of those...

Now for you to put on muscle you have to EAT and EAT more..Thats the # 1 rule i learned when i first came here...Just EAT but not the junk food the good stuff..Chicken, Fish, veggies, Red meat etc... If you eat your numbers will go up...I promise..

Thats good that you got rid of extra body weight..Now you are ready to put on some serious muscle..

Get on a good Creatine, Protein, Diet, Multivitamin..

Hope this helped a little

Feel free to ask any other questions you have.

Exactly what shutta said, to pack on the muscle you gotta eat!
