I like to take 3g 3x/day. If I go any higher, I get irritable bowel and an upset stomach, enough that does gets annoying. That might be a good place to start and then adjust from there. Doc makes specific recommendations in his articles btw so you could check there.

I don't ever understand this hooplah, you constantly hear "up the dose" because its companies pushing for this, you rarely see proven studies with extremely high amounts of aminos being worthwhile, articles usually guestimate, M&F is great for pushing extreme amounts of sh** on ppl, like 40g of glutamine a day and 20g of arginine, wtf?
I'd go with 10g of arg AT MOST and the dosing protocl listed of 3x3 is pretty dang good...

10 g sounds like poopsiewoopsie city. My stomach could NOT handle that. M&F is insane.

Glad you posted this celc!
I was having major cramps and IBS symptoms myself. I dropped the AAKG and all is well. I originally thought it was DRIVE, but still had symptoms after discontinuing. I read your post and "light bulb over head".;)
Damn I love these forums!
