I just watched a Dorian Yates workout vid and have been reading some Mike Mentzer literature and am motivated to try their High Intensity Training techniques. I used to spend like 1.5-2 hours in the gym but with this training your supposed to be done in like 30 minutes to an hour tops. It makes sense that in order to grow big you have to push yourself and lift heavy(past the comfort level). Does anyone use this training method or have a sample routine of this type?

i dont necessarily use dorian's version of HIT, but my workout is based around it. if you want to email me i will email you some sites that you can read about the training i do.

I too do not use Dorian's version, but agree with many of the base principles of the training modality for any and everyone not training with loads of backside injections.
It will likely be very worth your while to give it a whirl. I am sure you will find much success. Good Luck!
