Alright, im almost done with a superdrol-ng with massfx cycle. I got one more week...anyway i have been eating cleaner then i ever have had before and i have definetly recieved good gains in mass but i was also trying to cutt down my fat. From the looks of it, it dosent seem like i lost much fat content. Ive been trying to do the 40/20/20 deal but still it seems like i need something else. ANy list or suggestions of food/routine etc.. i could follow or read up on would be much help. I jog/run at least 3 times a week for a solid 20-30 mins too. Also is there something more drastic i could follow while on my pct? i dont want to lose any muscle, but i want to lose bf more then anything right now. Thanks for any help, advice.

I'm not sure "cutting" is right mindset for a Superdrol/Mass FX stack.

I assume you meant 40/40/20, correct? What is your total caloric intake right now? Also, it may help to post your typical diet so we can see what your currently consuming.

I meant 40/40/20...mybad.
Anyway i usually eat the same thing everyday.
Wakeup
7am-1scoop EAS 100% Whey Protein mixed with soy milk
-1 cup of Steel oats
-1 Banana
-2 hard bolied egg whites

9am
-Protein Bar

12pm
-2 slices whole wheat bread with 3 slices lean ham, 3 slices lean sliced chicken, vinger. sometimes cheese, if so only 1 slice...
-apple
-1 hardbolied eggwhite
- 2 servings of Mixed trail mix usually "Bear Naked" kind

2:30-5pm Training

5:20pm- whey protein shake-soy milk

7pm- 2 6oz boiled chicken breats, usually some brownrice, broc. and carrots

Thats about it, subs once in a while but im usually very strict on the diet, i only drink water, about 1-2gallons a day.

Your diet looks decent..

How long have you been on this meal plan? I started eating right last August - It was the first true meal plan I've ever placed myself on.

I've stayed with it for the most part and found myself down 12 pounds in 4 months. Now, it seems my body will burn anything I eat.

I'd be happy to share it with you if you like.

heres the thing man gaining muscle and losing fat isnt something accomplished naturally each one defeats the others purpose calorie surplus for gaining mass and a calorie deficit for losing body fat but what u can do is minimize ur fat gains while gaining mass ... for the best results just focus on what u want or feel is needed at that time if ur looking flabby then do a cut if u feel u want the mass then go for that ... just because u are eating clean doesnt mean u will lose fat ... as far as cutting i up my activity levels and cardio i dont like low calorie diets.. they are killer on ur metabolism :x

Well first off thanks for the advice so far..

Ive been on this since the beggining of january, almost a month. My starting weight was 222ish and now im down to 215, so i actually have been losing weight so the scale says, and my strength has been improving. Im just not seeing much of a difference in the midsection. Anyway i would be happy to see what your dietplan was "cubfan4real" it would be a big help.

I think the body loses weight evenly, so its not gonna come off straight from the midsection, keep going though,
dont be scared to add 3x of situps weekly.
