reduce xt or other option

Does anyone know where I can find reduce xt by sns?? every place I have looked is out of it. Or is there anything I can take to replace it??

So from the feedback im reading you should start reduce xt week 6-8 after a 3 week mdrol 10/20/20 cycle?
