well whats your goal with this diet? is this a keto diet? kinda looks like it, but it has to many carbs. if so when is the recarb or whatever plan your doing? might also want to shift the broccoli closer to morning

Ill remove the broccoli to get rid of some carbs and change some of the natty peanut butter to canola to remove more carbs. Im not to sure what to do with the carb ups.

man you like your canola oil. All the canola oil would do for me is act as a major laxative (no fun)

Your diet is definitely different. Resembles somewhat of a CKD, but its too high in carbs at the same time. Depending on your stats, the calories may even be too low? But that remains to be seen.

As everyone else has asked, what are you going for with this diet?

And right off the bat, without even knowing your goals, i'd probably say drop the pepperoni...

i dont know much about the anabolic diet....but a keto diet with ANY carbs can fail. hell, check out bnats log, hes doing everything perfect with D's help and still had troubles. i suggest trying the keto diet instead of this anabolic diet.

I suggest anyone interested in learning about thew Anabolic Diet read the book The Anabolic Solution or google the diet, lots of great sources including a massive thread on T nation. The basis of the diet is fat (60%) and protein (35%), preferably beef while keeping carbs under 30 grams M-F. It is very important to eat green leafy vegetables and 25 grams of fiber. The carbs minus the fiber equals the net carbs and that is what you count.Weekends is when you carb-load or refeed preferably clean. Drop the peanut butter but increase the greens. Personally I've been on this diet since September and I've never felt better in my 43 years. It truly is anabolic well at least in my opinion and has been the easiest nutrition plan to follow.
