take a look at other reviews for this, almost everyone loves this stuff. but i dont. i got the roadside lemonade flavor and had to choke it down. it was bitter and really artificial. i love frozen lemonade and decided to blend it, bad idea. it all turned into foam, and tasted nothing like frozen lemonade. overall probably the worst tasting protein i have had, but to its credit its quality is good. going to try the crystal sky tomorrow, this time i will just use my shaker, i really hope it tastes better than the lemonade, i figure it cant taste any worse.
i am just glad i got it for free

just lifted and had crystal sky, used my shaker. still foamed up like crazy. i put in 8 oz water, shook, and my entire shaker was full of foam. at least it tasted better than lemonade. it was very similar to koolaid. yellow powder, but when it hits water it turns blue, which in turn changes your tongue to a blue color. unfortunately i dont really like koolaid.

I loved the ROadside Lemonade, Apple Ecstacy and the berry one. I didn't care for Caribbean Cooler (which some swear by its taste) nor Fuzzy Navel.

Never tried Crystal Sky.

I think it just goes to show - flavor wise, people have their likes and dislikes --> they may never agree nor will anything probably make 100% of consumers content either.

Hehe, yeah....

however, I am not sure you are gonna like GH Pro if it is those darned "bubbles" you'd like to avoid.

I've only tried fuzzy navel, it was pretty good but i hate peach so I'd be able to give a better review if i tried crystal sky or roadside lemonade, which i plan to do soon. Probably when i start cutting since I'm going to go with steve's 20g protein/hour method of staying anabolic. I'll need something that tastes good 8)

I cannot insist that if you are to continue to make progress, you will be in a continual state of flux. If you remain at 20 grams per hour and NEVER increase it, you will likely plateau.

I will use the example of a bodybuilding monster these days at 275 pounds ripped ingesting well over 6,000 calories per day ---> Ultimately, there are little changes likely to happen over time, because he will likely reach a point where he cannot consume enough to remain in a positive caloric balance. This is why you do not ultimately see 600 pound giants on stage even though they would have the capabilities. They would likely need to I.V. nutrients and calories over time.

This discussion gets a little stickier with inclusion of their anabolics but the point is there.

Dinoii:

The 20 to 25 gram per hour thing is something I was discussing with him that works well for me when dieting. I know of numerous people that do it and the results can vary alot by the person. I know that it by far the most effective cutting method I have ever used, but it is a pain to do. It is very hard to be consistant with this type of regemen.

To reply to your point, yes you will probably plateu and changes will need to be made. When I am cutting though, you figure 25 grams every hour, that is 400 grams per day on a 16 hour day. I also manipulate carb intake to keep myself from plateuing as well. Alot of this type of regimen would need to be based on your ideal protein intake, and how many hours you are awake to actually intake the protein on an hourly basis. Also, there is nothing said that you cannot up the grams per hour to 30 if the need were to be, just that most people would get in plenty at 20 to 25 grams per hour.

This was not some science backed type of thing, it is something that has worked well for me and has also worked well for various training partners and clients. Thus far, I have only done it when cutting, but am going to shortly start it while bulking just to see what happens. There are some specific factors that go along with this type of regimen.

Just something that I do for cutting that I was discussing with him on AIM. It is not written anywhere, it is something that myself and a few others came up with. There are alot of details that can be easily overlooked, so if you are ever interested, e-mail me or if you have AIM, my screen name on there is SNS8778.

Thanks Steve -

that actually cleared things up for me...

I am content to eat 16 times or whatever while cutting...

I think that actually makes a lot of sense actually. Increased Frequency to trick the hypothalamus into expelling food more quickly while keeping a positive nitrogen balance. I think this would likely work for anyone who tries it to tell you the truth. There was a bit of confusion with the initial posting on it here. My apologies that I misunderstood.

Ya know, we may all be hoking up the I.V.'s soon and dragging em along with us to the gym, etc... The 24-hour protein drip...I think there may just be a market for it. SNS's 24-hour drip!!! :D

Now get on putting forth the $$$ for the "Patent Pending" label on each bag that you would simply change daily, I suppose. :P

It sounds like a great idea to me and i'm definately going to incorporate it into my next cut.

I figure that and BCAA's will keep me as anabolic as possible during my cut.
