If I wake up 10 am and go to bed at hmm 11 or 12 at night, when should I stop eating carbs? Im currently in the process of taking my next stack (Hdrol\Trenadrol), in a few weeks and am trying to set up my diet, So far im thinking what would work best for my goals would be a High protein low carb low fat count. What do you guys think?

IMO, if you're going to bed at 11 then your last carb consumed should be at the very latest 7pm. However, if you're working out between 7pm and bedtime, that could very well change.

yah man...I would say 7pm at the latest then. What time do you normally eat dinner? I go to bed around 1am because of my work schedule so my dinner is normally around 8:30-9pm...which is when I consume my last carbs of the night.

Umm well That is my dinner bro,... I have a werid eating sch. I wake up at 10, I get my aminos pre work out with some rpm. I workout out for about an hour or so. Get home around 12 ish, down some On whey 1 sccop and eat a bannna, then an hour or so later ill eat after that, I eat about 4 meals a day with a snack. I eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. Ill admit tho I try and shoot for 2500 cals a day but I don think I get that, So I strive for protein intake and healthy fat soucres.

11 or 12 at night :o I have yet to see any scientific support of not eating carbs at night. While cutting I don't eat many after 8 or 9 just because I prefer to allocate them earlier in the day for convenience.

Nothing magically happens at nightime to where carbs are turned directly into fat. BUT when on a cutting diet, one would want a good % of their carbs to be eaten earlier in the day and befor/after workouts, just for the energy benefits alone to fuel you through your day and workout.

a good last meal for me would be 1/2c cottage cheese and egg white or fish. if you have a good casien shake that would work also.

true carbs are not toally bad, nor magicaly change over night, and over eating in general will still keep you from getting results(in weight lose) but over time eating carbs before bed affect your composition. its just extra cals uneeded.

carbs are so addicting, but atleast they get used properly around workout times.
