Alright so Im about 3 days away from the end of my solo halo cycle, nice gains, had an injury in the last week but my body needed a bit of a break and it seems to be healing. Now Im faced with what seems like 5x more pills for PCT than the actual cycle. I know i mentioned this before but will take any opinions/criticisms in case i should change something/order more etc before i actually get into the PCT.
Hawthorne Berry- continue at 1 a day (500mg) for 4 weeks of PCT
SAMe- continue at 1 a day on empty stomach(400mg) for 4 weeks PCT
Hypertest- take 4x a day for 4 weeks- directions say take all 4 at bedtime- is this ok? or do i need to split equally i think that was mentioned somewhere
InhibitE- 4 weeks: 3x a day, 2x a day, 1x a day, every other day- i assume just split equally over daytime
ReduceXT- 4 weeks- 1 capsule 3x a day split evenly
ProZMA- 4 weeks- directions say 2 before bedtime is this ok or should split even morning and night time?
My schedule over the PCT period will be a lot busier so Im really hoping to get all these supps divided into as few daily doses as possible and take several at a time or im afraid ill forget something if i have an 8-doses a day schedule :(
Other supps I will continue- protein, Glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM, fish oil, saw palmetto
Any tips on making this 19 pill a day adventure simple appreciated :)
