I thought I would do a sequel to my last EST log, which can be found here
My Phera Vol - Trenadrol/Methyl Vol - Trenaplex Bridged Cycle (http://www.discountanabolics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7646)
Before I get to the details of what I'll be using, I just want to say that I am not a doctor so that anything in this log that you use will be at your own risk. Posts are suggestions/opinions only. Consult your doctor before use of any supplement or before beginning any training routine. Always research PH sides and have supporting supplements and pct for them;)

I think that is all for the supplements:o
The Workout
I'm going to try Art Atwood's approach of changing my workout every 2-3 weeks. The workout listed is the one I'll start with and as the log progresses, I'll gradually phase into a workout similar to Lee Priest's 5 day split.
Day 1 - Chest, Midback, Traps, Tri's
Day 2 - Quads, Delts, Bis, Forearms
Day 3 - Upper Chest, Lats, Hams, Traps
Day 4 - Off
Abs will be done every other day in the morning
Workouts will be around 6:00PM
I'm currently using a Detox kit so it will be a few days before I get this cycle kicked off.

Below are my first two workouts. Nothing too heavy, just getting back in the swing of things. My plans are to add 5-10lbs per workout to my compound/midrange movements to achieve 3 sets a 5 with my previous 5th set max from my previous log. For example, on squats I was doing:
225 x 8
245 x 5
285 x 4
300 x 2
315 x 1
My goal will be to hit 315 with 3 sets of 5 but either way, I'm going back to pyramiding at the end of week 3 as I was in my previous log with hope of adding 20lbs+ to my 1 rep maxes.

Why do you want to use them? Are they replacing a PWO shake or preworkout meal? If you're eating enough food you don't need them.
Leucine is a good addition to a PWO shake with carbs & protein, but there's not much point to taking them unless it's in place of food (eg early morning workout without a meal).

Just a few notes so far, Strength is increasing steadily. I'm developing some puffiness in the nipples so I've been using EForm and B-6 to combat it. There is only a very little soreness so I'm not afraid of any gyno or anything. Other than that, I've felt like crap for the last 3 days. I took today off from the gym and may go back tomorrow. I'll be updating soon.

I took my measurements and weight today and am very surprised. I'm already up 6lbs:D I speculate that some of it is probably water retention though. Here are my beginning numbers and current numbers.
Arms - 15-7/8".............16-1/4":D
Forearm - 13-1/2".........13-3/4"
Wrist - 7-1/2"...............7-5/8"
Shoulders - 52".............52-1/2"
Stomach - 33-3/4".........34"
Waist - 34-1/4"..............34"
Thigh - 27"....................27-1/4"
Calf - 16-3/8"................16-1/2"
Neck - 17".....................17-3/8
Weight - 204lbs..............210lbs for a 6lb gain:D
These numbers has really changed my attitude for this cycle. I was getting a little disgusted with the lethargy and puffy nipples but I'm willing to suffer a little if the gains are there;)
Thanks to everyone that is following. Sorry I quit posting there for a few days but I'm back on track now and will be posting regularly.

This is not something that I would normally do but due to the sides that are continually getting worse, I've decided to end this one early and go straight to pct. I did gain a quick 6lbs from it but it simply wasn't worth it.
I really believe these are two great products but I sincerely believe that either product is strong enough on its own that it doesn't need to be stacked with the other.
Please, don't anyone follow my example and run this cycle, I wouldn't want anyone to feel as bad as I have for the last two weeks. I just jumped in too far over my head with this one. If anyone has any questions about any of the products, I'll do my best to answer.
