SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine tosylate disulfate) 400mg

Any good?

Is it 400mg of S-adenosylmethionine tosylate disulfate or 400mg of just the S-adenosylmethionine? Some companies label it differently. It is stabelized by attaching a salt to it. If it is 400mg of S-adenosylmethionine tosylate disulfate then you actually only have around 200mg of S-adenosylmethionine(SAMe). I'de say go with atleast 400mg (SAMe, not it plus the salt.) 800 might be better for about 4 weeks or maybe longer. I think clincal trials have been up to 1200mg for a few months so I wouldn't worry about overdosing or anything. I'm not certain about this, but I think it can interfer with some PCT drugs too. So you might want to wait until PCT is done, or just take whatever for PCT a few hours away from the SAMe.
