Hi im 19 years old and have been workin out since probly the 8th grade ive used NO and muscle milk and thats about as far as ive gone. Im 6'2 185. I have a pretty hard time gaining weight because i take addrall xr for ADD. My current bench is 255 and squat 350. Would really love to put on some weight and increase those maxes some friends of mine just started using Oxodrol Pro and talked about some other prohormones as well. Do these work and are they worth it and if so what should i use? soory for he lengthy post like i said im pretty new to this and any advice would be appreciated thank you!

Id say your to young to start taking ph's mate id definatly wate till your at least 21.
ph's are steriods and should be treated just like aas.
If your having trouble gaining weight then id look at your diet post it up and people will help you out with it mate.
Ph's are definatly not the arnswer yet dude and if your mates are the same age as you and there taking them they could do them self some harm..

You may find this hard to believe, but your age is actually advantageous to you acquiring good size. Your at that age where you should just be bubbling with testosterone. If you have someone help you put together a killer diet, and you get a good workout program with plenty of rest, then you'd probably be very surprised that you'd grow like a weed!
If you're wanting good supplements, I would say to go with Controlled Labs products. They work very well and are actually cost effective.

oh ok i will steer clear of them..my firends have been doin them for a few weeks now..what kinda harm are we talkin??
My diet: morning: 2 eggs and toast (everyday)
Lunch: usally some type of turkey or ham sandwich
Dinner: I only eat white meat with the very occasional steak. not a fan of seafood either.
My problem with the adderall i take it eliminates my appetite so also eliminating meals between meals its hard enough for me to force down lunch and diner. I would ditch the adderrall(hate the side effects) Tried to last semester and nearly failed... What supplements would help?

Hugh,
You need to try and consume at least 5-6 small meals a day, essentially eating every 3 hours. Clean foods are obviously your best options. Protein, Carbs, and Fat macro breakdown should be around 40/40/20 of your overall daily intake.
Some examples are:
Protein: eggs, chicken breast, turkey, albacore tuna, flank steak
Carbs: oats, sweet potatoes, whole grain bread, fruits, vegetables, legumes
Fats: Olive oil, flax oil, EFA or Fish Oil, etc
You can find a wealth of information in the diet section or online in general. At your age, you should be able to pound food, lift hard, and grow.
Us old folks have to watch the diet a little more closely!

ok thank you very much for the fast reults! i will really try and start working on my diet that seems to be the problem... Was just wondering what kind of harm oxodrol pro will cause my friends i need some facts to tell them so they will stop!

Triple what you eat right now, that's a good starting point.
