Ok so I am a little confused. I have been researching superdrol like crazy and im skeptical about taking it. Is the novadex by Gaspri going to be enough for pct? The guy at the vitamin shoppe near my house was telling me thats all i would need. However I got a buddy over at GNC that I talk to about these kinda things and he said try and get ahold of nolvadex because the gaspri stuff would not be strong enough and I could experience gyno which I deff do not want. Im 22 and about to be 23 in two months and want to step up my workout. What do you guys reccomend? Thanks a lot!

NO NO NO
Novedex XT is simply ATD (anti-e) but not strong enough if gyno occurs. You may be fine without it but if you can find some nolva i'd at least have it on hand.
I would steer clear of superdrol until you have a few cycles under your belt but that is for you to decide.

Thanks a lot...what other cycles would you reccomend? I was asking the guy at the vitamin place about something not as strong and he brought up methly 1-d..what do you think of that?

Well, personally I think its a waste of money.
What are your goals? Are you looking just for lean mass or are you trying to bulk? Are you looking for fat loss or is muscle the primary goal?
Let me know what you want to achieve with the cycle and I will help you out.
Superdrol is some potent stuff, poison in a pill. If you've never ran a PH/AAS I would definitely avoid it. It can have some serious side effects if precautionary measures aren't taken and a proper PCT is not utilized. There are many other compounds that would work well for you with way less side effects. Also, I would strongly advise you don't take the advice of anyone at "vitamin shops" or GNC. Most of these fools are trying to sell you products. Many of them do not even know what the products will do to you.

Ya i deff dont buy my stuff at GNC...i just go and ask the guy questions because he was done cycles of superdrol and stuff like that. He even tells me not to buy my stuff their. Im pretty much looking to add muscle and bulk up about 20 pounds more. Right now I have a good diet going..I havent drank alchool in about 3 months...I am drinking lots of protein shakes...lots of water..taking superpump 250..size on..incarnate..and got done with the leviathan about a week ago.
I have heard about all the bad side effects of superdrol and if i was to take it i would deff be taking the right precautions. But deff freaked about the "bitch tits". What else might you reccomend?? I hit up the gym about 5 times a week. Im 6'2 and about 196 pounds. I would like to get up to about 215ish or 220ish.
Thanks, Matt

Just because some guy at a supplement store tells you he has run a few cycles doesn't mean he knows what's up.
You've come to the RIGHT place ;)

What's your diet like?
And you say you train 5x per week, can you post a typical weeks routine? Dont need specifics, just which muscles when.
Lets get those in check first...
If you're set on a prohormone
You're going to want to look into dry (less water retention) compounds like Halodrol (CEL H-Drol, EST Hemadrol, etc) or Epi clones for a first cycle. Superdrol is dry but this is a different animal all together. The compounds I mentioned (less superdrol) have pretty mild sides or none at all in some folks.
Also, Bold by iForce would be a good option provided you can afford to run it the right way.
You may, however, want to dry a different route i.e. testosterone booster. You will get some noticeable results running them (Axis labs hypertest, controlled labs blue up, etc) along side a 6-bromo product like AX Hyperdrol X2. You could possibly put 10 lbs on in 6-8 weeks.
Dont expect to get all 20 at once. When you make gains you have to adjust your diet to keep them!

Look up Dr. Houser's (username: dinoiii) PCT articles posted here. They give some great insight on PCT products - ATD, SERM, hepatoprotectants, etc... - in theory and in practice. It's split up into 5 sections, I'd recommend reading part 3 in particular as it analyzes "real world" effects of various components of PCT.
The veterans of this board are very knowledgable as well; just make sure you're honest and they'll guide you in the right direction!

StangGT07,
Reread this post again. I couldn't have said it better myself.:)
I like USF's idea of going with a natty stack first.
Get a solid foundation of diet, exersice, vitamins/minerals, etc. See what you can do with this FIRST, THEN kick it up a gear with an Epi or Halo. :D
Yeah, and don't rush the 20lbs.
I'll take a LEAN 10lbs over a PUFFY 20lbs anyday.;)

Ok thanks a lot guys. Ill have to go check that other forum out. Well typically this is my workout...I went yesterday and did chest and triceps. I started off benching doing 4 sets. Then i went to do the incline bench with dumbells (4sets). Then i did 4 sets of the flys to work my inner chest. For triceps..i do 4 sets and use the cable pull down and then ill sit down and take a dumbell behind my head and do 3-4 sets with that.
On should days ill start off with doing 3-4 sets of pull ups unassisted. Then ill go over to the free weights and do 3-4 sets of shoulder presses..after that ill do 3-4 sets of the reverse flys..Then i do 3-4 sets of shoulder shrugs and the dumbell raises.
The one exercise i do however slack on is the legs..i use to do legs all the time and then just got bored with it. This upcoming week im planning on going back at it..haha i do however realize how soar my legs will feel after.
My back exercise cosist of starting off with 3-4 sets of pull ups...4 sets of the lat pull downs....3-4 sets of the lower back row...and then i dunno the name of it..but you grab the barbells and 3 sets of the dual bent over row..
I rotate biceps and triceps on chest days...the biceps are just the typical 4 sets of curls with dumbells and some stationary machines.
any suggestions, please let me know!
Thanks!

Only have a second but one thing I will comment on is that you MUST work your legs. Your leg muscles are the largest in your body and by working them you stimulate your body to produce more testosterone - which nets you better overall results. Additionally you need to get into doing squats and deadlifts as these are serious mass builders.
Also i'd drop the pull ups on shoulder day, give your back/biceps more of a rest.
Be sure to constantly change the particular exercises you do, keep your body guessing. Above all, EAT. Eat cleanly and eat a lot. I am skinny guy and still need about 4000 calories a day to even think about gaining.
What else do you do for biceps/triceps? Considering giving arms their own day. They will get worked secondarily on back day and chest day. A good example of a routine would be:
- tricep push downs (cable) 3
- narrow grip bench press (do it on the smith machine with a lot of weight, isolate your triceps by staying in the top of your range of motion) 3
- weighted dips 3
- incline db curl 3
- hammer curl 3
- bb curl 3
- forearms (if your into the metro scene)
You can rotate in preacher curls, cross-body hammer curls, tricep kick backs, etc. Again, keep your routine changing.
You dont want to overwork your arms as they are pretty small muscles on the scheme of things and are easy to overtrain.

Hate to beat a dead horse but you can't beat chicken in terms of clean calories. Whole wheat bread will also help you out.
If you had to guess, how much protein do you eat on a daily basis?
Sorry for all the questions here but just trying to make sure theres no other deficiencies contributing to your not gaining the way you'd like. If there are then a prohormone won't do much for ya.

I think you need more whole foods and less protein shakes

concerning the routine, I like to split up quads and hams since a dedicated leg day can be a REALLY long workout for me. An example could be something like this:
Quads/Bis
Chest
Back
Hams/Tris
Shoulders
Another example would be:
Quads/Shoulders
Hams/Back/Bis
Chest/Tris
In terms of non hormonal supplements, you want to learn about beta alanine, creatine, and citriline malate. In terms of natural hormonal stacks, they usually consist of estrogen control (AI = aromatase inhibitor), a test booster (divanil), and cort control (various options although 7oxo is tried and true).
Run searches for these ingredients/products and then make decisions for yourself. Beware of supplement hype when making your choices and try not to get caught up in using supplements for a crutch to make up for diet and training.

I took propadrol for my first ph... went real good got some good gains from it.. strength went up good and kept the muscle. second run was with bold 200 / trenadrol... awesome stack put on good 11lbs... then took anabolic xtreme stack for pct and put on 6 more lbs... loved that stuff.. but didnt do enough research..... research... got shut down... dont like that..... needed test booster during the run.. 6 wks... sucked... the boys finally got back to size and worked out fine... but you definatly dont want that... kinda take and learn approach... so you are on the right track here asking lots of questions first....
good luck
